Check in was quick and easy. The room was large and comfortable. The service at the food court was friendly and quick and the food was good and hot. Everything was very nice.

Really just an overnight stay, but room was nice, bed/pillows comfortable, room very dark for good sleep. Bathroom was nice and well appointed, but a steep step into the tub/shower. Got a great rate and would stay again.

Was not happy with the stay, HVAC did not work efficiently, the walls are paper thin where you can hear conversations in the next room over. Poor maintenance! The box frame were visibly stained and the shower head had a leak and sprayed water all over the ceiling and up and over the shower curtain; which got the rest of the bathroom wet. Would not stay here again.

DO NOT stay here! I have stayed at every other ****** in Abq. They are all very accommodating, especially if you have noisy guests outside your room until 3AM. Isleta did not accommodate us with a late check out, even though we made several requests and complaints. I’ll never stay here again

This is a go to property for me when I am in the area. The rooms are clean and fresh. The staff members are always helpful and kind.

There was a woman at the desk that came right to me when it was check in time. She could tell that I was having trouble walking with my arthritic knees and immediately offered me assistance with a wheelchair. Im sorry I cant remember her name but she was a Godsend. It was on the evening of 12-19 around 9pm. Perhaps you could identify her by the wheelchair check out log. I would love to extend her a personal thank you for service above and beyond. I will never forget her kindeness and compassion.

The check in process was easy and the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our room. The only negative was no one answered the phone in the morning for room service but the dining options are convenient. We will definitely be staying again.

Everything was great except the fact tht i wish the a/c worked a little better. I enjoy coming in to a cold room with nice cold sheets. The a/c didnt seem to keep up with my demand but other than that everything else was perfect.
