酒店在烏拉爾河畔，位置離阿特勞機場不遠，打車十幾分鍾，對差旅來説比較方便。但是酒店整體老舊，外立面、內部都有年久失修的痕跡。第一天住的房間浴室沒熱水，但服務員態度不錯，及時進行了更換。

Very popular with business travellers in the energy industry this hotel is located right on the river. There are a number of restaurants in close walking distance. The best thing about this property was they kindly upgraded me to a large apartment. The second best thing is the proces are extremely reasonable if you’re on a corporate rate. As for the opportunities for improvement, it was strange that they only give you one towel for your bathroom. I called reception to ask for a 2nd one and was told it’s not possible. So I waited until later and spoke to reception a 2nd time, explaining a needed 2 towels - again it was clear this was not something they do. That in itself earns the hotel a 3* review. They also only supplied three flat pillows and I only got the 4th pillow sent up on 2nd request. The other annoyance was the internal heating. When I arrived my room temp was 27C. Only after I shut the heating off, and open windows (-10C outside) could I get the temp down to a level where it was comfortable to sleep. Maybe it’s a cultural issue but the heating is set way too high. The other area for improvement is in food service. If you order a meal don’t assume all items will arrive at the same time, as you would expect. Only one of the two lifts were working causing delays during bus6 periods. What I liked was good little mini bar in reception area and nice spa with very inexpensive massage service.

Nice location right next to the river. Rooms are clean and reasonably quiet. I stayed in one of the apartments on the 9th floor. Room was ok, but the airconditioning was clearly not up to the job and the room was pretty hot. Breakfast is ok with a decent variety of sweet and salted choices. River Palace is certainly not the best hotel I ever visited, but id does the job. The rooftop pool is amazing in summer, and the bar & restaurant up there is overall ok

Отель очень удачно расположен. На набережной, рядом большая прогулочная зона. Шикарные номера. Удобные матрасы. Хороший ассортимент на завтрак. Приятный большой бассейн, хороший тренажёрный зал с достойной системой вентиляции.

Неприятности начались уже при заезде в отель. Приехала в отель в 13:00, заселение с 14:00. Мой номер к это времени уже был готов, но принципиально не стали заселять до 14:00. Пришлось час сидеть у ресепшена. При этом при мне заселилось 2 итальянца, им почему-то разрешила на час раньше заселиться. Завтраки - это обельная тема. Таких позорных завтраков я не видела даже в 3-х звездочных отелях. Сервис тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Высокомерное отношение со стороны сотрудников. Лично я больше в этот отель не поеду.

Отель , для меня - это прежде всего возможность выспаться . Но RIver Palase не предоставил такой возможности . Неудобный матрас , неудобные подушки , неудобное одеяло …. Сплит система централизованная : поток воздуха настроен прямо в спящего человека , перенастроить невозможно , что бы не продуло - пришлось уменьшить скорости вентилятора и поднять температуру и соотвественно всю ночь спать было некомфортно . Завтраки - очень и очень скудно . Персонал -ниже троечки , спят на ресепшен , болтают о своём в ресторане , не обращая на гостей внимания . Номера - рассчитаны на людей , которые будут готовить еду в гостинице ( смонтированы полноценная кухня и барная стойка ) . Отель даже близко не тянет на 5 звёзд , просто посредственная 3 -ка , уровень цен - тоже не соответсвует качества и возраста отеля . Рекомендации : выбирать данный отель - при полной отсутсвие альтернативы .
