Sanghyang Bay Villas

Très belle hôtel, bien situé. Avec un restaurant très bon ! Bonne ambiance. Nous avions un bungalow unpeu mal isolé, clim fonctionne mal, salle de bain privative a la chambre mais en extérieur. Ne pas avoir peur des insectes dans cet hôtel, tres proches de la nature. Pas beaucoup d’activités sur Nusa lembogan, mais très belle plage avec bon spot de snorkling. Je recommande pour 1/2 nuits avant d’aller a nusa penida.

Loved everything about this cute resort. The staff were all really friendly. The location was excellent. The gardens and surrounds were kept beautifully and even had fur babies (missed our own dogs so having friendly dogs visit was a bonus.. Would def stay again!

Second time here and absolutely love this place. Incredible value. Beautiful property, clean, bright rooms, lovely outdoors showers/bathroom, beautiful pool, and off site restaurant that delivers to your door. 10/10. Perhaps the best part? The staff. Special mentions to Budi and our buddy Febri! These guys helped connect us to adventure on the island, and make sure our stay was perfect. So kind, so accomodating. They make us feel like family when we come. Mushroom Bay is our favourite part of Nusa Lembogan: away from the bustle of Jungut Batu Beach but close enough we could go there in 10 min by motorcycle when we wanted, multiple great restaurants within 50m of the property, 30 m from the beach, and close to Ceningan Beidge too! 11/10 experience as usual. We have visited the restaurant 3 times, twice for dinner and once for breakfast. Although the staff are kind of friendly there is never a smile, they are unattentive and we have to wave to get their attention. We won't be going back this trip. I always expect when I smile at someone I at least get a smile back but no. 3 visits later and still nothing. Have no complaints about the food or the cocktails though.

We booked this place due to its proximity to Mushroom Bay and it was a tiny walk of 50m to get there.They offer free pick up and drop off to the Ferries so this was a great bonus.We had a hut off the pool which cost $100AUD a night.A bit expensive for the standard of the room but its all about the location.Our room was dated.Especially the bathroom but the bed was very clean and comfortable.Shower was hot and great pressure.The room was a circular design and the bathroom was at the back.We had chairs looking out onto the pool which was always the perfect temperature.Breakfast was at the restaurant on the beach and was very good.All the meals at this restaurant was fabulous and a HUGE menu to choose from staring at the sea.Seafood was particularly good.Mini mart right outside for anything you need.One phone call and anything was delivered to your unit.Tea,coffee and fresh water always available.I think everyone we met here was from Australia and saw them organising scooters,tours and transport all over the island which we didnt use as we were only here for 2 nights and had been to Lembongan before.I would stay here again but maybe go for one of the newer rooms over the other side of the pool only because they looked to be newer inside.Staff were great and thankyou all for an enjoyable stay and we will be back soon but for 5 days

We just spent a few nights in paradise. Mushroom bay is the best location, beautiful beach and villas are just a 1 minute walk. We were so happy with our villa, stayed in one of the newer white ones. Most comfortable beds we have had in Bali! Only downside, bathrooms need maintenance, taps falling off in one, minimal water pressure. Breakfast wasn't great, minimal options low quality, this could definitely be improved. Lucky mushroom espresso is right across the st for great coffee and food!

It was in the best location. Walking distance to the best swimming beach on island in my opinion and great places to eat but not noisy at all. Was told Mossies are a problem, which isn’t great for someone who is allergic to them, but we bought mossie coils and they sprayed the rooms and put bed nets down as a turndown service and it wasn’t an issue at all. Breakfast was included and was simple but tasty and enough to start the day. The best part was the view eating breakfast every morning, gorgeous. We would definitely stay there again.

Thankyou Budi, Topan and Wayan for a fabulous stay at Sanghyang Bay Villas. This gorgeous, small resort at Mushroom Beach on the island of Nusa Lembongan to the east of Bali, is reached by a 30-minute speedboat from Sanur. Budi, the Manager, kindly allocated me the detached bungalow I had requested by text in Messages on the *********** site. It nestled in a central position round the large, very blue, swimming pool. The Sanghyang Bay Villas beach bar and restaurant has lovely views over a turquoise ocean. This is where the speedboats arrive and depart. They pull right up onto the beach. The marine traffic does not detract from the beauty of the place and creates a buzz of interest. When I arrived Wayan hoisted my huge, heavy suitcase onto one shoulder as if it was merely a ladies’ handbag and carried it across the sand to the hotel. My bungalow was beautifully appointed. It had a huge terrace to the front and a large openair bathroom to the rear. At Sanghyang you feel very close to nature. The birds and birdsong is delightful. I had made a couple of friends whilst waiting for the boat from Sanur and another solo traveller hooked up with us at the restaurant. All three of them had not prebooked anywhere and they were so impressed with Sanghyang Bay Villas that they immediately checked in and we all had adjoining rooms! They were lucky as this place is very popular and heavily booked. This hotel with its large sea-facing restaurant is a great hub for meeting fellow travellers. We four called ourselves “The Sang Gang” and had such a great time we have kept in touch ever since.
