ウブド王宮から徒歩5分程度と抜群の立地でした。
近くに23時頃でも空いているお店もあり、夜遅くまでお酒を飲みたい身としては非常にありがたかったです。
部屋は綺麗にまとまっており、特に不満なく過ごせました。
部屋前の椅子でくつろいでいると、お土地柄の生き物と会うこともしばしばでしたが、慣れている方であれば問題ないかと。
ロータスカフェでの朝食は選択肢はそう多くはありませんでしたが、雰囲気良く過ごせました。

По приезду оказалось что обрабатывают территорию от Комаров. Несмотря на то, что я предупредила , что лежу в номере с температурой, они все равно начали обработку. Чуть не задохнулись
Слышимость в номере ужас, двери - ворота скрепят на всю улицу, голоса соседей как будто они в твоей комнате.

酒店不大，位置超級贊，離皇宮和市場走路五分鐘的距離，而且住在這個酒店可以免費進水皇宮，水皇宮晚上有表演，可以從小門進去看一看，餐廳早餐品種繁多味道也不錯，而且是非常有特色的，吃正餐的話住店客人還可以打個折，游泳池雖然小但是還挺乾淨，住兩天可以感受一下當地的建築風格

Great holiday and service Marta and staff could not do enough room cleaned daily pool clean we had a completely massage it was great! food and service for breakfast was amazing with the Lotus Cafe n cat door food amazing it’s in a great location close to restaurants and markets had a fantastic stay we will be back thank you Ubud for your warm welcome

It was my first time in Bali and I had the most amazing experience at the hotel. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time, simple and delicious. We tried the floating breakfast and although I initially thought it to be overrated, I loved it. The people at the hotel made a beautiful arrangement and eating breakfast in the water is more enjoyable than I thought it would be. The service and the people working there were extremely helpful and made sure our stay was one not to forget. We used the taxi service of the hotel to explore the surroundings. Our taxi driver/ guide was everything we could have asked for and more. Musta drove us anywhere we wanted to go and helped us along the way to explore Ubud and the surroundings to the fullest. To make a long story short, I would really recommend! Thank you for having us!!!!

My stay at Puri Saraswati Dijiwa in Ubud was absolutely wonderful. The room was comfortable and I especially loved the fact that it came with a bath tub and hot water - definitely a bonus for relaxation. The most memorable part of my stay at this hotel was the outstanding service. Every waiter and waitress was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. I especially want to mention the front desk helpers, Rathi, Ratna, and Heri, who were so heartwarming and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I also indulged in the hotel spa, and I must say it was an extremely relaxing experience. The therapists were professional and the a**osphere was perfect for unwinding. I ended up visiting the spa twice during my 3-day stay because it was just so good. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Puri Saraswati Dijiwa and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a top-notch spa made for an unforgettable stay.

I could have given this place a 5 stars under different circumstances but there was construction going on right next to our room so that spoilt our stay.Its right next to the Water gardens and its here that you eat your breakfast every morning.Its stunning.Greeted warmly by the staff and they remembered our names for the rest of our stay and were lovely.Free 15 minute massage and half price on all their trea**ents but make sure you book in at least 24 hours in advance or you will miss out.You are off the main road and dont hear any of the unbelievably busy traffic of Ubud.As soon as you walk out the noise and business of the road hits you.We had a late lunch when we arrived and had Mie Goreng and duck with 2 large beers and a mohito(623000rph but staying at the hotel you get 10% off all meals at the Water Gradens,Free entry to the gardens and at night 100000rph entrance to see the Barong Dance.English speaking channels on the TV.Gardens are lovely and the pool was clean and refreshing too.If you want to be in the heart of Ubud for your stay with the markets and plenty of restaurants around,its great but maybe wait until the construction on the older rooms is complete.
