Die Lage des Hotels ist unangenehm, die Umgebung ist trostlos, die Zimmerausstattung ist alt, es gibt Kakerlaken, Mäuse und Spinnennetze, nachts gibt es Fledermäuse im Atrium-Wohnzimmer und daneben liegt ein Haufen Fledermauskot Jeden Morgen auf dem Sofa 💩. Das Frühstück kann nicht zum Preis auf der Website hinzugefügt werden. Bei der Bestellung kostet ein Nudelgericht etwa 39 Yuan, zuzüglich einer Servicegebühr von 10 Yuan. Das Gesamtgefühl ist nicht sehr gut, aber die Aussicht auf den Garten ist immer noch in Ordnung und ein unabhängiger Swimmingpool ist ein Pluspunkt.

Es ist sehr angenehm, in dieser Villa Urlaub zu machen, da alle Einrichtungen vollständig sind, auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird und die Lage ruhig ist. Ich empfehle sie als eine der besten Villen auf Bali.

The Mutiara is fantastic value for money and the 3 bedroom villa we had was an amazing space for the family to enjoy. The private pool was incredible and the rooms were well appointed with everything needed.
The communal villa area had a living room, sofas, a bar area, sink, microwave, fridge, and coffee drip machine.
The hotel even provided a water bottle tower with free water which was amazing for 5 people. They also provided a great Harmon Kardon Bluetooth speaker to play music from our phones whilst enjoying the pool.
The drawbacks were:
Some fixtures and fittings are getting old and worn and the maintenance is not great.
The ac in all the rooms was underpowered and not strong enough to keep the rooms cool enough at night.
The location is not ideal as the road outside is very busy, there are not really any proper pavements and apart from a few small convenience stores locally, everything is a taxi ride to anything. The beach is too far on a dangerous road to walk.

We stayed our last day here in Bali. It’s near the airport. So we got only 20 minutes to go. We came back to this hotel 5 times again some days. We had a very pleasant stay. The stuff is very very friendly and the service is excellent. Very clean and comfortable. The pool area also was cleaned every day and it was a pleasure to swim early in the morning in a very quiet environment. We used the outdoor kitchen to make some drinks and cooking. The receptionist woman was very very friendly and fulfilling all our wishes just in time. Thank you also the cleaning stuff. The rooms have been extremely clean. We recommend this hotel for a quiet and comfortable stay in Bali. Josef & Chuleeporn

Really recommended for family at 3 or 4 bedroom villa. We can arrange gathering with facilities totally completed.
Location in the center, closed to the airport and to the beach. Staff are very nice with warm welcome and pay attention to the details.
For honeymooner, one bedroom villa is the best choice.
All the villas has private pool.

整體非常好，環境的缺點是在大路邊，噪音大了點，服務也不錯，是相對酒店來説略差，總體真的很好，上下樓層兩個房間，獨立空間，大門一鎖，非常私隱，配了哈曼卡頓的藍牙音箱，非常完美

Wunderschöne Villa mit privatem Pool und herrlichem und sehr gepflegtem tropischen Garten. WLAN immer top! Das auf unsere Terrasse in der Villa gelieferte Frühstück ist schwer zu bestellen, WhatsApp-Luxus, aber nicht großartig, Brot und Croissants nicht sehr frisch. Schade, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt, am Pool einen Cocktail zu trinken, außer Bier nichts anderes… Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Etwas abgelegen, aber günstiges Taxi, um ins Zentrum zu fahren! Badezimmer, Dusche und Badewanne, Maus, etwas veraltet, aber sehr ruhiger Ort zum Ausruhen, bevor man nach Hause zurückkehrt!
