This property has awesome views and a great beach, the staff are overly attentive, the food is very good, if it’s lacking anything it would be nightlife but you can always hop on the bus for a $1 and go downtown for nightlife

From the moment we arrived to Live Aqua the staff was ready and very helpful with checkin and getting us familiar with the property. The only thing that may have been a bit more helpful is a review of the benefits of the VIP package we purchased. I think we would have taken better advantage of some of the benefits had we known. Other than that, the staff was exceptional. The property, room, facilities, beach were all very nice. The food was very good from buffet to each of the restaurants. We got to experience the Flag day performance and it was first class. All in all, a great 5 days at Live Aqua!

Fabulous all-inclusive with amazing pools and a beautiful beach area. Choosing a suite on the Aqua club level was definitely worth the upgrade especially with the daily cabana included. Our butlers Luis and Carlos were phenomenal. They checked in with us often, handled all our dinner reservations and were always so kind and attentive. John and David took great care of us by the pool and honestly every staff member we encountered was so warm and friendly. Would highly recommend dinner at MB at least once. The food and a**osphere at the outdoor restaurants Hidden Garden and Varenna were fabulous as well. We can’t wait to go back!

Beach white sand warm water nice waves and no sargasso
Location is 25 min to and from airport in traffic
Across the street from shopping and a very nice and posh mall, La Isla
Taco option very authentic as you would find in anywhere Mexico daily with Axel he was the best.
Pool bar staff was amazing always fun friendly and ready to please, Crescencio was the best.

This was our first all inclusive vacation. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea. The facility was very nice. The pool are beautiful and the beach is amazing. Also great gym for working out. The breakfast was very good but evening meals were good but not great. The restaurants fill up so then you have to wait. I guess that is just part of the experience. I loved the guacamole class they put on. I think if you like all inclusive, this place is known as one of the top in Cancun. We spent the second half of our trip at an non-inclusive resort that we preferred.

We are experienced guests at AI properties throughout Mexico and the Dominican Republic. Live Aqua rates high in the areas of cleanliness and the helpful friendly interactions with staff. In particular I am impressed with the housekeeping and general in-room attention to detail. Service provided by our butler Stephany and Live Aqua Club bartender Guileramo was beyond great.
The weakness in my opinion was the food offerings in general. There is a lack of variety and the offerings were very similar in most restaurants. In a few instances the food quality and or preparation was not what we have come to expect from similarly priced AI resorts. When informed of our concerns the chef offered to replace the item which was appreciated, however at that point we had been seated 90
Minutes so we declined. Perhaps some more
Basic items prepared with quality cuts of protein would be considered in each venue. Finally if you are an early riser the pool situation is okay. You must reserve seats or available “free” beds early (630AM) any time after that will be a challenge. Aqua Club check-in and check-out was very simple.

A beautiful facility that we enjoyed visiting. Very clean and well kept. There was a definite focus on the guests that were staying at the "Club Level". Club level guests were able to make reservations for meals other guests were quoted wait times of 20 to 45 minutes working around the reservations. There were some activites for the guest but the times and places of these events were not communicated very well. You were left to figure it out on your own. seating around the pool was at a premium. If you didn't have a towel on a seat before 9AM hey were all taken. Again, this is a beautiful facility but the level of communication by the management staff and the services could have been better for the money.
