This hotel is as pleasant as its staff is friendly and helpful (big up to Cedric and Thomas at the reception). The breakfast is full of choices (that will please Europeans and Americans alike) and always comes with a smile. Finally, our room was brand new, immaculate and fully functional for a family of 4. Many thanks!

Ismael and Eliot were wonderful. The hotel was also great but these two men made sure we had a great time! The room was large and spacious, it was also recently renovated. The location is great with a train stop right outside the hotel. The one downside is they are doing construction during the day so it can get loud if you are trying to take a nap during the day.

I stayed here for three weeks, and it's a very nice hotel! The room is well equipped and comfortable, and the staff is very attentive to customer needs. I needed some personal adjustments to my room and Eliot and Ismail did a great job of meeting these needs! I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends who visit Clermont Ferrand.

We stayed here due to it's proximity to the rugby stadium plus with a car park. Check in was faultless. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful (we also had a separate bath!). Breakfast was plentiful and generally kept fresh and topped up. Easily sufficient foir starting the day. The Staff were friendly and helpful - even with simple obvious queries. Would recommend for rugby (5 minute walk) or the city (2 to 3 tram stops from outside). The hotel is in the midst of a refurbishment and so currently is noisy during the day.

Good conditions, everything is clean, bed is confortable. Breakfast is diversified, still I would recommend to add fresh vegetables. Ismaell, but also all his colleagues from reception are very nice. It was my second stay here, first one was in July 2023.

Typical Suites Novotel so you get what you expect: spacious room plus sofa bed for the kids. Friendly staff but not very empowered: to limit the Accor ALL free drink selection (in the case you choose a beer) to a draft beer of 33cl is penny wise and pound foolish. I even offered to pay the 1 euro difference for the bottle of beer and they refused! Also did not like having to pay upfront at check in. Paid on site parking is plus. Also good to know: public transport during the weekend is free! (But perhaps only during summer...)
