Excelente servicio, atención muy amable, rápida y oportuna, buena comida, fallo un elevador por lo cual algunas veces era muy tardado esperar el único elevador que servía y al momento que hacen la limpieza del cuarto las tarjetas llave se bloquean y hay que bajar hasta recepción a activarla de nuevo para poder abrir la puerta de la habitación lo cual es un poco molesto, de ahí en más todo es muy bueno, excelente atención, felicidades

I like this Hotel because is close to the airport.
On my first day, I got the impression that the room carpet was not clean, however the 2nd day it was very clean.

Everything ! The people, the atmosphere and service was amazing. They made my trip 10x better with how helpful they were they always more than happy to help if I ever return I will be staying here again !!

Best place to stay ! They are extremely accommodating our week and a half trip couldn't have gone smoother without them they helped with any questions, fixed any issues and you walked thru that door to a smiling front receptionist who is available at any times of the day/night. If you are ever in Durango stay here the staff not only will go above and beyond but make you feel like your at home away from home!!

Just tried to get an early cup of coffee in the lobby and was turned away by the desk clerk. ( he had his cup right in front of him) I'm a early riser and enjoy that first early cup. When I was here in June had no trouble getting that cup.
