Grand Vista Hotel Grand Junction

Only stayed one night and didn’t venture out of hotel as had dinner and drinks there (great little pub/restaurant). Good views of the Rockies. Reasonable stay, did the job :-)

Overall nice hotel. The check in person was really nice. Their pool looked nice.

The receptionist was extremely helpful, kind and attentive!! She noticed my disability and even offered me a handicapped room and removed the 10.00 parking lot charge something I was totally unaware of Their rooms are always clean, nice and nothing more or nothing less than the traveler would need!! The bar was nice with live music but I had to get a barmaids attention after waiting for about 15 minutes in a practically empty bar. Margarita was OK. They only offered one kind.

The bar & Grill were the only restaurants open at the hotel, server was moody and got our order wrong twice! Mind you, There were only 3 other people in the bar with us. The room was clean, but the outlet in the bathroom didn't work nor did the air-conditioning unit. There was a wet spot on the floor from I don't know what! The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great Hotel and at a surprisingly great price. Would stay here again 100%

Wir sind seit 10 Jahren treue Gäste und empfehlen und empfehlen sogar unserer Familie und unseren Freunden, dort zu übernachten. Die letzten paar Aufenthalte waren nicht die besten. Dieser Aufenthalt wird definitiv unser letzter sein. Das Personal war extrem unhöflich!! Der Service, den wir in der Lounge erhielten, war mehr als schlecht. Die Haltung des Barkeepers war so wenig einladend. Sie reagierte nie auf Anfragen und tat so, als ob sie ihren Job absolut hasste, aber die Menschen noch mehr hasste. Wir haben unser Zimmer über Travelocity reserviert, was schnell und einfach ging. Beim Einchecken wurden uns 12 US-Dollar zusätzlich für das Parken berechnet, als ich fragte, warum die Angestellte anmerkte, dass wir das bekamen, was wir bekamen, weil wir nicht direkt beim Hotel gebucht hätten, und dass sie nicht viel tun könne. Außerdem gibt es ein Problem damit, dass andere auf dem Parkplatz parken, sodass den Gästen Parkgebühren in Rechnung gestellt werden. Falsches Konzept ... Wenn Sie Ihren eigenen Parkplatz nicht verwalten können, sollte es nicht die Schuld der Gäste sein. Es gibt andere Hotels in der gleichen Gegend, die sich über unser Geschäft freuen würden, und ich bin mir sicher, dass sie für Parken und Frühstück keine Gebühren erheben. Der Eigentümer muss heimlich ein Zimmer buchen und eine Überprüfung seines eigenen Personals durchführen.
