The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Nice pool area with bar. It would be better if heated.

Everyone was helpful, friendly and most spoke some English. We could not charge our restaurant meals to the room.

Service was excellent! Staff were friendly, helpful and bilingual. My partner is a native Spanish speaker and I am a beginner. Staff were receptive to my efforts :) Room was big and clean.

Loved the two guys at the check in counter, SUPER helpful and friendly and kind and courteous. Our room is clean and comfortable. Our first time in this area, we arrived at night so I cannot describe San Carlos. We are heading to bed and will get up @ 7am for breakfast and then head on the road again. This is a good stay and easy to find.

Liked the property and was hopeful to have a nice shower. Unfortunately was underwhelmed with the shower. Shower head was a let down, water everywhere but down. A better shower head that gets the warm water to you instead of the walls. After a day of travel was disappointed.
