Old grand style hotel, service was very efficient and place was very clean and kept up, will stay there again. Unfortunately Music Garden was being renovated so it was not open, very close to town square and alot of places to walk around and eat.

We had an indescribably long journey in Armenia, but we decided to make the last stop in Gyumri. I never imagined that we would find such an affordable hotel in such a hospitable city. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable, the staff is kind and friendly we will visit next time too

The best hotel in Gyumri,❤️ high-class service, clean rooms and delicious food🤭😋 This was my second visit, and I will come again with my family👨👩👧👋 (I am surprised that there is a good hotel here, because I have always disliked something before🙃)

A nice and comfortable bed, good staff and friendly place located in the center just few walk and you are in center in room was air conditioner, warm and special was good that in room no smoking if compare price and place is really good for business trips and also with family or with friends

The Araks Complex has a wonderful helpful staff, is right in the middle of everything and its a grand old dame, but note - it does not have air conditioning in the rooms. It got quite warm in the summer.

My room had a 5/5feet seating area with a small bathe area and there was a ladder to go upstairs there was a bed and TV very low calling no air they gave me a fan I had to wash my used glasses of day before to use

Nice hotel located near square with a master staircase upon entrance and sitting area. We had trouble with getting TV working, the minibar was empty and turned off (warm inside) and everything except heaters were plugged in so it wasn't like it wasn't plugged in; No AC but we had a large room since we had the triple room; they did offer slippers, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, dental kit, toothbrushes and 2 towels per bed; the room also had a table with 4 chairs and a nice spacious bathroom; They advertise "pool" so when I asked where it was, I was told it wasn't a swimming pool, more like sauna/jacuzzi for 10000 drams and in order to use it, you have to tell them an hour before so they can heat it up.

Araks Hotel is located in the center of Gyumri . The location is very wonderful, the rooms are clean, which is really nice, the staff was friendly, but there was a problem, in particular, related to the value for money. The food was not delicious, the assortment of dishes offered for breakfast seemed to be leftover from lunch or dinner. And there was a problem that instead of the client, they choose the food that the client needs, without taking into account the client's opinion. By the way, musical evenings were not intended for all guests, which was unpleasant. Ask for a review of your customer policy.
