Dies ist die erste Beschwerdebewertung, die ich in den letzten acht Jahren in Kota Kinabalu verlassen habe. Ich habe für eine Schlafsohnparty gebucht, die ich zum 16. Geburtstag meiner geliebten Tochter und Freunde gefeiert habe. Das Verbindungszimmer, die Geburtstagsdekoration und das zusätzliche Bett, das das Hotel speziell gefordert wurde nicht vorbereitet waren, und vor allem der Geruch von Moll aus dem Zimmer war schockierend. Ich bin ein Asthma. Ich konnte nicht vor glücklichen Kindern Beschwerden einlegen, so hatte ich eine schreckliche Nacht. Als ich morgens aufwachte, hatten die Kinder auch eine harte Zeit mit dem Geruch von Moll. Ich fühlte mich entschuldigt und schämt mich meiner Tochter und Freunde. Ich habe mit dem Personal über die Situationen gesprochen, während ich auscheckte, und sie sagten mir, eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Zimmernummern 7331 und 7332 müssen überprüft werden.

Bevorzugen Sie Luxushotels gegenüber Resorts Ich konnte durch diese Reise genau urteilen Viel besser als ein Luxusresort- Die Lage und die Einrichtungen sind so gut, dass ich glaube, ich werde noch einmal darüber nachdenken. Das Frühstücksangebot ist abwechslungsreich, aber nicht wirklich mein Geschmack. Es gab mehr Lebensmittel. Ich habe mehrere über den Zimmerservice bestellt. Es war sehr enttäuschend.... Ha Selbst für meinen Geschmack mit dem jüngsten Mund Bitte beachten Sie, dass dies nicht korrekt ist. Das perfekte Bett und die perfekte Bettdecke ... es war wirklich das Beste - Es gibt so viele Mitarbeiter, dass keine Zeit bleibt, sich unwohl zu fühlen. es gab nicht Wenn Sie Hilfe brauchen, fragen Sie sofort Immer freundlich geantwortet.

Fantastische Einrichtungen. Der Pool war lustig und groß für verschiedene Altersgruppen. Der Aufenthaltsraum bietet verschiedene Spiele zum Spielen. Die Kinder können den ganzen Tag dort bleiben! Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war riesig! ! Zimmeraussicht war toll. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt total genossen! Wunderschöne Deko für unseren Geburtstag und Jubiläum. Toller Aufenthalt!!

Hotel is nice, clean and have good amenities. The room is clean, though not new, but all amenities are working fine. The bed is comfortable and comes with 2 pillows each. The room even has a study table. We use it as a dining table instead. The room has a unique toilet. The shower and toilet bowl is separated having a door each and next to each other. Also, the wall and door of the toilet can slide fully open exposing the sink and the doors of shower and toilet bowl. You can just slide to close everything if you want privacy. The hotel staffs are nice too and attend to your request promptly. I requested for extra pillow and they sent it within a few minutes. The breakfast was also good and delicious. They have a wide variety of dishes from local, western, Indian, Chinese. Though everyday is similar but they change certain dishes such as from fried noodle to fried kuey tiow, fried rice to nasi lemak, etc. The hotel is also close to the waterfront, eating places and walking distance to Suria Sabah shopping centre. Overall, a good hotel to stay in.

Das Zimmer war gut, aber die Schließtür ist kaputt. Als wir aus gingen. Ich musste schliesslich schließen und schlagen, so dass die Tür verriegelt werden kann. Bilderanlage ist aus dem Hotel angesehen

After a long trip arrived at hotel and quickly signed in. We were upgraded to a fantastic room, however phone and TV not working but a great balcony view of the South. China Sea and to the left the jungle. It was lovely to sit and watch the various birds and fireflies. Malaysia Airlines had lost one of our bags and did not seem concerned however after no success we spoke with James at reception who soon sorted it out and it arrived at 9pm. One day wasted Thanks Malaysia Airlines. The next day we had a leisurely breakfast plentiful and good choices of Malay and Western. Very courteous staff. Saw our first monitor lizard and had a garden tour by. a very informative employee Roy. Decided against the nature walk as advised not much to see this time of year. Spent most the day on the empty beach ( Some jellyfish but otherwise a nice dip) and in empty swimming pool. 3 linked pools lovely and warm but needs some maintenance and jacuzzi not working. Only a couple of restaurants were open and although quality of food was good the menus were similar. On our last day we had a very good Chinese style meal in The Noble House (Only open until early evening). As with most meals we were the only ones in the restaurant. All meals were very reasonably priced. The advertised firefly. tour was cancelled due to low tide but Christina arranged a private trip to see them and also the proboscis monkey. Well worth it. . Points to Note Low occupancy with the majority of guests staying overnight only, meant we had pools and beach to ourselves and the restaurants were virtually empty. Disadvantage was that some restaurants. and snack places did not open. Lovely remote location fantastic view , beach and garden walks however nothing in walking distance of the resort so unless taking a. taxi or day trip would not see or meet other local people restaurants or shops. Note the hotel shop has very limited souvenirs and only a few crisps and drinks. We had a great relaxing time, the hotel needs some updating and maintenance but that did not affect our.enjoyment. Staff were helpful and courteous and room clean and well stocked with water tea and coffee. A/C fine. So if you want a relaxing beach and pool holiday with good food and when we were there tranquility we recommend Nexus. PS book trips at the hotel as the one we booked through our agent was about 3 times more.

Location is excellent just right in front the sea and the main jetty to islands. Resort has in house tram to send guests to their next door club house building. We got a room balcony with golf course view plus can see airplanes fly over for landing, very relaxing.

Es war sehr nett von der Mitarbeiter zu prioritieren, die Reinigung meines Zimmers für frühere Kontrolle am Freitag. Es gab jedoch einige Haare auf dem Bett, Kissen & Tisch sowie das Boden. Die Einfahrt & Toilettenlampen blicken die ganze Nacht. Das Schlafzimmer versteckte Rahmenlampen wechseln auch in der Mitte der Nacht und auch heute Morgen. Die allgemeine Service & Personal-Ansprechpartner sind ausgezeichnet.

Location: Good location, a lot of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Saturday night market (3 min) & Sunday Gaya Street Market (1 min). Suria shopping mall 3 min walk. Room: Spacious room, clean bathroom. Con: No free parking, not easy to look for parking.

Die Lage ist super bequem neben dem großen Laden, eine gute Wahl der Größe Einrichtungen: Grundausstattung hat   Waschpulver, Waschmaschine  usw. Gesundheit: Die Reinigungspersonal in den Zimmern ist noch nicht ganz sauber. Umgebung: Die Tür ist sehr farbig und sehr gut, die Fenster sind mehr, so dass die Nacht etwas scharf ist.
