設施老舊，隔音太差，對不起皇冠兩個字，抽水馬桶和洗個臉聲音都能傳下來，房間很小，封閉窗不能開！浴巾也很舊，不推薦！受不了的就是誰用洗手間聲音都能聽得見，浴室沒鋪毛巾管你滑倒！

設施：非常老舊，水龍頭漏水，換氣扇噪聲大 衞生：一般 服務：工作人員不解決問題。 想有個好的旅遊酒店千萬別選擇這家酒店，花1500人民幣實在不值。

房門自鎖， 進不去， 待2 位老人家留在走廊倒數， 等待技工由23:44 弄到00:16 am 才能把門打開。 又不安排其他房間， 主要行李已在內。 此外。已投訴， 反映除夕夜已入住， 所以不能投訴退休款。 又說因為透過c trip 預訂及付款， 故此撤回我的退款申請， 這也關乎4 星酒店的安全問題及達到星級的業務範圍的「 標準」？

The hotel is good for a night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend staying more than that.

Awful experience. Had to room change as there was a women shouting and knocking at the door. After the room change there was another women standing at the door knocking and she even covered the peep hole for a while. This all happened between 1-2am. I did not have a restful night and am really disappointed with this hotel. It is quite strange for a 4 star Hotel to not be safe. The security is weak as they have no exclusivity of elevators for the guests, it is open for everyone to come in. As a foreigner and a solo traveler, it just does not feel safe to book there again. Also the fact that no one even follows up or cared to investigate who are those girls are. If you want a peaceful and restful night here in Macau I strongly suggest not to book here. It will just cause you anxiety and I would not want anyone to experience what I had been through. It was a traumatizing and tiring night.

it's an old hotel with an odd smell. housekeeping staff - some arent too friendly. front desk is ok, helpful. their newer hotel treasure is better since its new. perhaps they will refurbish this soon.

The Hotel is just in front of Macau international airport, the view is good, the service is ok, only downside is that the hard beds and the smell of old carpet in the room.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location (8 minute walk from Ferry Taipa, next to the tram and airport) + fact the the room is spacious. I asked the staff for a double bed instead of twin beforehand (in the reservation) and was still given the twin, upon further requesting and notifying I asked specifically for double the didn’t bother to do anything extra. Service is definitely not too quality… I wouldn’t recommend unless you would like to have an experience with a vintage hotel and below average service.
