Das Personal war immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer ist einfach eingerichtet aber sauber und alles vorhanden, sogar ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Ein kleiner Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls zweckmäßig aber gut.

I initially had some issues with the property after some misunderstanding. The complaint was brought up to the owner who was a gentleman and could not have been more helpful.
Other than that the property is very close to the metro, conveniently located, and an amazing prize for the location. Would repeat when I return to Milan.

This should be a one-star hotel. It is actually a small, old house with rooms transformed for guests. It is very basic and outdated with some appliances such as the hair dryer being broken, no shampoo in the bathroom - just soap. I stayed in December and the room was pretty cold with no clear way to make it warmer. Somehow close to the main train station which is the reason I booked it initially.

Like, I believe, every Italian hotel, 4 euro per person per night in cash is required. But it is still less than one in Florence where 5.5 euro. They call it tax, but from ******* email, this money has been in the hotel book. Not a decent thing by people of descendants of glorious Rome time. A sort of mean, I have to say.
Apart from this, things are fine. People are decent. The most impotent to me, it is quiet.

I stayed only for 2 nights in a suite room and it was more than enough for my needs in terms of space. The hotel is clean and the receptionist was very kind. The hotel is small and well located close to Piazzale Loreto where there's a metro station and some bus lines. I was satisfied with the service.

Well where do I start? Very dated room, hair dryer looked from the 1970s, shower was cold, plug sockets didn’t work and if they did they were above your head in the bed. I became best friends with the bed bugs that constantly bit me in the night, the air con and tv didn’t work and the toilet seat was broken. Catfish springs to mind as the pictures on website the rooms look nice, instead ours I wouldn’t let my pet rat stay . The duvet was thin and crusty, also looked like it was from the 70s. It has no electronic cards but a key with a giant weight on which is too heavy to carry around, so you have to leave at reception. Have no idea how this hotel so many good reviews on here as this quite frankly was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in.
