we have a great stay experience here. the reservation team assisted us very well since the booking confirmed, including assisting us to complete our trip itinerary and its transportation option. Tommy, especially, conveyed a sincere assistance to support a transportation pickup from airport (malpensa). the hotel offered a full benefit for accor member according to its level, including free breakfast kn weekend. the breakfast was also excelent, the FnB team also served us very well..and the hotel have a great taste of coffe, event if compare to the other surrounding cafe. keep up the good work, All

Très bonne expérience! Je remercie Cristina pour sa disponibilité, son accueil et sa flexibilité. Elle nous a vraiment facilité le séjour. La chambre était spacieuse, fonctionnelle et design, le concept justement! La literie était parfaite et il y avait une très bonne insonorisation, très calme. La chambre indépendante se situe dans un bâtiment sécurisé tout comme la place de parking qu'il est possible de réserver en plus. Le quartier Navigli à proximité est très sympa. Nous recommandons cet hébergement !

Hotel Minerva was affordable and in a great location. We knew it wasn’t going to be a super fancy hotel, but we wanted something affordable and in a good area. The subway is literally right next door which made getting places around Milan so easy! We always felt safe at Hotel Minerva and in this area. The breakfast in the morning was good (7am-10am) and the staff was friendly and helpful. For what we paid, we were happy with our experience!

Good location, just a short walk into the main center. Only one staff member that actually does their job, the rest are just teenagers looking to make some easy money. The room was a good size and the shower pressure was good. I was there for two nights I believe and on the second night, in the middle of the night, a drunk man checked in accompanied by a member of staff and was shown to the room and woke everyone up which is great. Not sure if they shouldve let him check-in but hey ho. Not sure what facilities were there I could use (first time staying in a hostel and travelling) as the staff do not explain anything to you. However the positives are, it's cheap, you get what you pay for, good location and a large locker is provided to keep your belongings in.

Great hotel! Every room and corridor is unique and has great design, if you're artisic or love your art this is the place for you! I'm not one of them people but still really enjoyed and appreciated the deisgns throughout the building, it was easy to find and about 15 mins walk from the nearest metro station. 15-20 mins Metro to the centre of Milano. Didn't use the bar or have any of the food but the bar looked really nice and the staff were always friendly, we got complimentary slippers, dressing gown and toothpaste in our room which was a nice touch and the room was really nice and spacious with a huge shower/bathroom. One of if not the nicest hotel I have stayed in, will definitley go with NHow in the future
