Sauberes und ausreichend großes Zimmer, ABER keine Dusche möglich (Problem mit dem Wasserdruck), vom ersten Tag bis zum Tag vor der Abreise und bis zum vierten Tag, trotz meiner viermaligen Nachfrage an der Rezeption. Kein Zimmerwechsel möglich, keine kommerzielle Geste beim Check-out. An SatGuru: Es ist gut, auf dem Kontinent zu investieren, es ist besser, ein effektives Management der Abläufe und Ihres lokalen Teams sicherzustellen. Durchschnittliche Qualität der Ausstattung (Zimmer und Möbel). Noch ärgerlicher: Als ich spät von einem Termin zurückkam, schliefen die beiden Leute an der Sicherheitsfilterstation und reagierten nicht, auch nicht, als ich unter dem Sicherheitstor hindurchging, das klingelte (ich trug meine Telefone). Keine Präsenz mehr in der Hotellobby. Diese Einrichtung wird allgemein, neben drei anderen in Ouagadougou, wegen ihres Sicherheitssystems empfohlen. Eine zusätzliche Annäherung an dieses Hotel. Zum Schluss noch das Restaurant: Insgesamt 3 Kunden im Restaurant, 40 Minuten Wartezeit, durchschnittliches Essen

Good hotel, close to the airport and city centre. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean and hotel seems to have a good security protocol. Two things to keep in mind: pool is mostly in the shade and is freezing in the cool season, and there is construction going on beside the hotel (on the pool side). Best to go for the other side as they were pouring concrete one of the night and it went on for the whole night. Breakfast was good and hotel staff was excellent

I remember arriving at 4am and they were still able to accommodate me. The staffing is super professional and the security is top notch. Although it's in the heart of the city, the place is pretty cozy and quiet.

This is a generic-style hotel. The rooms are clean, and quiet. For an upmarket hotel in a typical west African city it's ok, but compared to the same kind of hotel in, say Europe or the US, it's a bit run-down, and overpriced. The entrance is intimidating... you enter a security area where your luggage is scanned before you get to the front doors.. but this is for the sake of security in a country that is undergoing some political upheavals. The staff are very friendly, and many speak pretty good English. The swimming pool looks really inviting although I didn't use it. I was unimpressed with the restaurant. I ate dinner there three times, and every time the food was heavy, over-seasoned, and without culinary finesse. It was edible, but not satisfying. The buffet spread for breakfast had some marvellous tasting fruit, and some decent pastries, but the warm food was also over-seasoned and heavy. They accept credit card payments, and there is a working A** in the lobby. The two small outside bar areas are quite nice to spend part of your evening. The beer is always cold, and they do make really excellent pommes-frites... I HIGHLY recommend asking for some fresh chilli (piment) with your fries. You will get freshly chopped chillies and garlic in peanut oil which is truly delicious on fries.

This was my 4th stay at Bravia. The staff are very helpful, the restaurant has different types of food, daily cleaning of rooms, no stinking smell! Finally, 5 mins from airport. My preferred choice of staying in Ouaga. Will come back again.

I frequently stay at the Bravia hotel with my travels and really enjoy the great rooms, great selection on the menu and the staff are all very friendly and professional in making your stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The bar and pool area is very relaxing and convenient.

Nice place. Very clean and inviting a**osphere with very friendly and helpful staff. Food is good and prices fair. They even brought a cake to my room and wished me a happy birthday on my birthday. Definitely worth staying here.

This is where I will always stay when visiting Ouaga. The dining room is open for lunch and dinner and the food is great! My room was very comfortable. The gym is so fantastic, probably the best gym that I have ever seen in a hotel and Eric the trainer is in the gym to help. You can also sit on the 5th floor terrace and relax.
