Staff was short handed and had to curtail some housekeeping services. Breakfast was great and staff was courteous. Location was very convenient.

My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. However, the common areas were not clean at all, and poorly maintained. The asphalt in the parking lot was breaking up, and there was trash here and there. Shrubs and trees were hanging over the sidewalk. This property needs a little more time spent on it.

Smelled like cigarettes and owner tried to tell me I smoked in there. The room smelled like cigarettes from the start and worse when I took a shower. I’m not one to complain and switch rooms it really only smelled in the bathroom. On my way out I told the front desk that it smelled like cigs and she didn’t really seem to care so I left and the hotel called and were being unprofessional and rude saying I was the one who smoked in the room.

The room was barely 12’x14’. We had to shuffle around the bed. The window seat over the heating/cooling unit was not comfortable to sit on. The heating/cooling unit could not properly regulate the temp of the room. It so hot when we entered and we had to mess with it all night… up and down trying to find a comfortable temperature. Hot water took forever. I feel like the $128 we paid was way too much.

Good hotel. Last minute book. It's clearly an OLD property that was renovated with new room furninshings and decor. Rooms are VERY small. Extremely friendly staff
