Raines Resort Cabins & RV

Property owner was very friendly and customer service focused and clearly takes pride in his place. There are other places to stay but this property right on the river and walking distance or really short drive to downtown Pacific City made it a perfect place to relax in peace and quiet. Highly recommend for a clean, safe, friendly experience near nature.

Being on the water was nice, although busy time of year with fisherman and the docks literally in your back yard. Accommodations were okay, pricey in my opinion, the host was friendly though

Great place to stay on the Oregon Coast. Cozy cabins right on the river. Loved the owners/hosts. Highly recommended!

It was not the place I was sure I had rented. When I looked back over the reservation, I saw the that "rv rental" was written, but so small I did not see that part when accepting the reservation. Well it says it has "cooking utensils" it has one pot and one pan. No utensils of any kind, no plates, and one Solo cup. We brought food to prepare, and ended going out to eat. In the end our stay turned out pretty swell because we made it so. The owners were very nice. And the fawns and momma deer were a great touch.

The owner greeted us, checked us in, and everything we needed was there for us! The whole process was simple and I cannot express how convenient the location was - such a great little oasis.

This property was in such a beautiful location on the river, and we sat on the porch for meals and watched many a beautiful bird go by. The proprietors are helpful and friendly, and the place was very clean and had everything we needed. There are no doors on the bedrooms so if you need a bit of privacy you might think about that.

Great place, amazing property, Hong, the manager is amazing and was more than helpful. Best place to stay hands down in the area, will be back!! Bring your fishing poles!!

Great clean cabin! Wonderful customer service. Perfect location!! Not only do you get the cabin on the lake experience but you are minutes away from the ocean. Looking forward to our next trip at this location.

This place is amazing. my wife was it at hotel.com and she thought it’s will be nice for the kids to experience a lil cabin by the river instead of another beachfronts experience, The kids loved it. Although it’s a lil small ( cabins are supposed to be i guess ) otherwise it’s well equipped with basic stuff for a 2 night stay. it’s was very serene and relaxing, every morning there few people paddling by the river saying good morning to us. ducks and birds. the morning sun shine by the porch can’t be more perfect to start a coffee with. You won’t be able to watch sunset tho, you have to go to beach side for that. but downtown beach is like 5mins max drive. Hong was very welcoming, he sent us message as soon as our cabin is ready, and it was earlier than check in time , and the place is really clean. Over all rating is excellent, we would recommend this place for small family on getaway. maybe for 2 bigger kids or teen ager. We stayed on the two bedroom cabin, there’s also a one bedroom option. We really enjoyed our stay and it was worth the $$.
