Não estou conseguindo falar com o telefone que vocês tem disponível para atendimento. Fiz uma reserva no dia 27 e 28 de setembro e o pagamento foi efetuando no dia do ckeck-out. Entretanto, na minha fatura cobrou novamente o valor. Liguei no hotel e me informaram que o valor que conta no dia pagamento foi outro e as reservas que fiz no site TRIP.COM não aparecem pra eles e sim como outro site. Péssimo atendimento telefônico, nunca atende e ninguém resolve a situação.

Stayed here as part of a birding group for 5 nights. The room was basic and my first room faced the street which was really noisy so they nicely moved me across the hall to face the back which was nice and quiet. There was no kettle in the room and they would not provide one so could not make tea or coffee. The Wi-Fi was slow and intermittent. The room was more basic than had expected for example the two chairs were both simple plastic chairs. Housekeeping did a great job. No tissues provided. The bathroom all worked ok in both of the rooms that i had. The food in the restaurant was generally overcooked (a buffet except on sunday dinner time). The food was just about ok.

Es un hotel muy tranquilo y con todas las instalaciones necesarias para una estancia cómoda y agradable (wifi, restaurante, piscina, gimnasio etc) muy recomendable para aloj**** si estás en Parauapebas o alrededores.

Atendimento sempre excelente por todos os colaboradores. Restaurante maravilhoso. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, com academia, piscina e uma área externa muito boa. Ótimo Custo-benefício. Quarto amplo.

Passei o fim de semana de Carnaval com meu esposo. As instalações do quarto estavam todas boas, limpeza nota 10. Tudo funcionando. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Buffet com boas opções e comida gostosa, menos o arroz piamontese. Sugestões de melhora: A piscina poderia ter um som ambiente e alguma forma de fazer pedido sem ter que ir até o bar. Colocar tomadas do lado da cama seria bom.

Sinceramente, achei que esse hotel fosse melhor. Testava comemorando o niver da minha esposa. Fechei um pacote romântico com banheira e o mais importante não tinha que era a espuma/sais, a porta do banheiro não trancava direito, os controles do ar e tv nao funcionam direto, corredor cheirava a mofo etc. Depois do jantar eu passei mal e vomitei e tiveram a audácia de pedir p minha esposa limpar, ela que sugeriu mudar de quarto ( que foi atendida ) depois que mudei de quarto tive uma reação alérgica tendo que sair pra ir no hospital, na recepção nem me perguntaram se voltava p fechar a conta depois... fechei na hora mesmo cheio de empolas.

Estrutura externa linda! Mas os quartos na sua maioria são conjugados o que deixa o hóspede sem privacidade. Qualidade do buffet pra almoço/jantar muito bom, mas café da manhã não.. tudo frio, frutas velhas.. mas o pior é a lpz dos quartos. Passei 16 dias e chegou a criar lodo no banheiro por falta de limpeza! Aqui só trocam as colchas de cama e toalhas.. lpz que é bom, não tem! Não recomendo.
