Nice stay

Etablissement situé dans un quartier relativement tranquille. On pourrait reprendre les remarques des autres commentaires déçus. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas la classification 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont vieilles, mal nettoyées. Buffet petit-déjeuner n'a pas le standard 4 étoiles. En plus le ravitaillement était défaillant. Le personnel dans son ensemble correct. Dommage une personne n'était vraiment pas là pour les clients, aucun intérêt, ne sais pas saluer et n'avait d'intérêt que pour son smartphone

We stayed here on two different occasions in October. We chose this hotel since it was close to our friend’s home in Paris. Our first stay was for one night only and we were given a room on the top floor that had a lovely outdoor balcony with places to sit and enjoy the day or evening in Paris. We really enjoyed the balcony and the room was clean, comfortable bed, and enough space. The little mini fridge had a complimentary bottle of water, a bottle of juice, a bottle of soda, and a bottle of sparkling water. Those complimentary drinks was a very thoughtful and welcomed plus! After a trip to London, we arrived back in Paris and we stayed here again for four nights. This time we were given a room on the first floor. The outside noise was noticeable. Every day in the late afternoon, there was some type of film class filming a report outside our hotel window. Early in the morning, we would hear large banging noises from some type of truck outside our windows. Our room was on the backside of the hotel so it was not along the busy street. The beds were still very comfortable and the room was very clean. We had the complimentary water, juice, and soda in the mini fridge. Each day, they would tidy up our room and usually they would refill the mini fridge with complementary drinks. This was very nice and definitely a plus. We did not care for them leaving our windows open each day and the window did not lock. The neighborhood was absolutely wonderful! There are many fantastic restaurants nearby (Mokonuts and L’ aubergeade are two we highly recommend), a wonderful farmers market that seems to be open daily with fresh produce, and nice boutique shops nearby. We loved exploring the area! We found a wonderful little pastry shop that we visited every morning and they made the best cafe eclairs and almond crescents. It was a little shop with a small park across the street called Blè sucrè. This hotel was also close to several metro stops which made getting around Paris easy. We would definitely stay in this neighborhood again and we would stay at this hotel on the top floor again. The reason it is rated four instead of five is because the first floor was noisy and the window did not lock.

El hotel para ser un 4 estrellas es un hotel muy normalito. Las habitaciones bastante pequeñas con el espacio justo alrededor de la cama. Íbamos con el desayuno incluido y estaba regular tirando a mal. Poca variedad, poca calidad y poco servicio. Tardaban un mundo en reponer. La calidad de la fruta dejaba bastante que desear, los plátanos creo que han sido los mismos los tres días que hemos estado. El primer día estaban bien pero el tercero todo pochos, los hemos separado y al verlos el camarero se ha pensado si llevárselos o no, pero lo que no han hecho ha sido traer nuevos. Varias naranjas tenían moho. Insisto que hemos estado en mejores dos estrellas en España que esté teniendo 4 y perteneciendo a una gran cadena. Una pena

Personnel accueillant et hôtel situé près de nombreux commerces. Le marché d’Aligre est à deux pas.

Je me rends dans cet hôtel régulièrement en raison de déplacements professionnels sur Paris. l’hôtel est idéal par sa situation géographique (12 min de la Gare de Lyon, 3 min du métro Faidherbe, 6 min de Reuilly Diderot) donc parfait pour rayonner dans Paris. Au delà de cela, c’est le service qui est extraordinaire. Djamel fait du petit déjeuner un moment délicieux ! Béatrice et Ahmed a l’accueil sont toujours agréables et attentionnés pour que le séjour se passe bien. Je recommande!

J'ai séjourné cinq nuits dans cet hôtel du XIIème arrondissement. Situation idéale si vous voyagez depuis la Gare de Lyon mais pas très bien desservi par le métro (seule la ligne 8 est à proximité). Bien accueilli, en tant que membre platinum, j'ai été surclassé, c'est apprécié. La chambre est assez petite, au calme. Bonne insonorisation. La literie est confortable, des oreillers un peu mous comme souvent dans les Mercure. Une penderie avec barre verticale et peu d'étagères pour ranger ses vêtements. Le minibar était fourni. Le wifi de qualité. Salle de bain propre, bien éclairée et fonctionnelle, avec baignoire, douche à pommeau et produits Nuxe. Toilettes séparées. Un bar est à disposition de la clientèle au rez-de-chaussée. Au final, un séjour agréable, à prix correct, près du marché d'Aligre et de nombreux restaurants.
