Nice hotel, not too near to city centre, however, hotel can arrange transport to/fro city centre at AR$2500 per trip

Das Hotel hat keine 5* Kategorie, sondern zw. 3 und maximal 4 *! Vieles war kaputt, es tropfte von der Decke in der Lobby wegen Regen, dafür wurde ein Eimer gestellt. Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, aber das dazugehörige Restaurant für Abend - das war sehr gut! Das Frühstücksbüffet war miserabel und sehr begrenzt: 2 Sorten Wurst, nur bereits vorgetoastete (teilweise verbrannte) Toastscheiben. In der Mitte vom Büfett Tisch stand ein großes Korb mit Baguette, Schwarzbrot und vielen anderen Sorten - es war nur ein DEKO!!! Für Spiegeleier mussten wir extra bezahlen! An der Rezeption konnte niemand englisch. Bezahlen sollten wir gleich beim einchecken - war stressig!

No wonder that the hotel was twice elected best hotel in Argentina. The location is of course unbeatable. But the service is also amazing. From the huge pool there is a wonderful view on the falls. Different restaurants/bars including a roof top bar. Big advantage is, that hotel guests can be at the falls before the masses arrive, Only thing to criticize is the fact that in the evenings the smoke from the BBQ makes it really unpleasant to sit outside.

Everything was excellent, as you would expect at a 5 stars hotel. The kid's Jungle Club deserves a special mention. Their activities and personnel made our stay memorable. The special activities regarding Easter came as charming surprise. Many many thanks!

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Iguazu Falls. The staff was courteous and helpful. The property is very nice. They have a lot of amenities including pool, workout room, spa, and indoor pool. The restaurant in the bar is good and reasonably priced. On our last day, they allowed us to check out at 2 PM which was a real help to us. The room is comfortable and well appointed. I would stay here again.

hotel is very beautiful and impressive , just breakfast is simple and need more options . rooms are clean and big . staff are supportive and friendly .internet is not so good but fair .location is fantastic and i enjoyed from all things . i love it

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff went above and beyond. The pool is clean and the rooms are immaculate. Very safe place to stay and so much entertainment. I will hopefully come back here again one day. Thank you so much!

It’s a beautiful hotel . Food had very little choice for Asian tourists. We found no availability of tea/ coffee makers in the room very absurd. One doesn’t always feel like running 3 floors down to a coffee shop to have a cup in the morning ! We were charged for a kettle of hot water :(

Beautiful property and natural surroundings. Quiet. Very helpful staff. Although there is one main area, the choices and the staff are superb. There is another restaurant on the property, but we did not go there. Instead decided to go a restaurant in town called De La Punta (Or something like that), Which had the best food. ****** is very good as well. Not too small!
