This is my first time staying at a Bon Hotel and it will be my last. First, I attempted to make a reservation over the phone and was told to make the reservation when I arrived. I was only about 40 minutes away and there would be plenty of executive suites available. Upon arriving to hotel the valet asked me if I would need help with my bags. I told him yes but that I first needed to reserve a room since I had no reservation. He didn’t guide me to park anywhere nor did the hotel have any designated area to temporarily park. While reserving and checking into the hotel. The valet was demanding that I hurry up and move my car since it was blocking the lobby covered area. I noticed that the hotel had blocked off the other side of the entrance and forced all traffic through the front lobby. I hope there is never a fire or emergency because access will be difficult. Second, the following day, I ask the receptionist at the front desk if I could extend my checkout time the next day till noon, because my morning meeting would end later than I expected. She was very rude and had an attitude of “I don’t care”. She said no and that was that. Terrible customer service!
