Samawi Hotel

Schlechte Erfahrung, ich hatte das Recht, früher einzuchecken, und die Angestellte versuchte, mir dies in Rechnung zu stellen, da es bereits bezahlt war. Ich weigerte mich zu zahlen, also war sie äußerst unhöflich, zwang uns, 3 Stunden zu warten und gab es erst nach einem Anruf frei Von ********** wurde festgestellt, dass das Hotel den Vertrag einhalten konnte. Die Einhebeldusche war kaputt, die Dusche war kalt, es fehlte an Wartung und es gab nicht genügend Plätze für die Gäste zum Frühstück, was uns zum Warten zwang. Ich kann es für diese und viele andere Dinge nicht empfehlen Gründe: Es gab keine Handtücher in den Zimmern, wir mussten warten, bis sie trocken waren und es waren jeden Tag die gleichen.

Check-in was chaotic, but we finally got our key and taken to our room. No mention of an upgrade or free drinks, as VIP should receive. We booked 2 queen beds, our room had 1 double bed. It was smelled like literal human feces. I went back down and asked if all the rooms smell like poop, they sent up Lucy, the housekeeping manager. Let me say here, that Lucy is the ONLY reason I gave ANY stars to this hotel. She is a bright light and so kind. She smelled our room and immediately took us to a new room, which was a Suite, with a king bed, balcony and no smell. Why we didnt get this upgrade to start, I dont know. They also gave us our free welcome drink when I asked for them. Next problem-our door didnt lock, like, at all. The wind could just blow it open, it did not latch. The safe did not work eithet. We didnt want to complain about something else, so we would barricade ourselves in to sleep, with tables and chairs blocking the door. Lucy saw us the next day, and we told her about it. She didn't fix right away, but our 3rd night, it was fixed partially, still no deadbolt. When it rains, rain comes into the room/windows and makes it very slick and dangerous. Breakfast was OK, but very crowded. The pool was excellent and proximity to the beach and restaurants nice. The hotel is outdated, most employees are miserable, but Lucy was amazing!

Reception was not nice and made no attempt to speak English or slowly. Rooms have auto off electric so you can not charge anything unless you are in the room. Shower was only like water. My room was right next to the elevator on a low floor. Breakfast was ok. There was no free parking and no gym. Location was okay and there was molios for rent in front of the hotel. The restaurant nextdoor was really good.

First of all, I didn’t get my welcome drink at this hotel and the hotel was very noise starting at 7am. They are under renovations. Also, they wanted to charge me for 2 drinks I did not have. This was my second time at this hotel and I will never stay here again! Terrible service!

Was amaizing but the bad thing the pool close very early at 7pm but was so good time

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I know it only had like 3 stars but it should have been negative stars. First of all the food at this hotel is so disgusting I wouldn't feed it to a dog. Nothing was edible from breakfast to other meals. Secondly, during our stay there was a storm and every single window in the hotel was flooding the hallways that was seeping into the rooms. They came over and were just putting towels down when buckets of water was filling the rooms. They acted like this is what they always do in this case. They won't fix the windows at all. Also, they used up my towels to do so and then I asked for new towels at the front desk multiple times and nobody came and gave me any. I had to search for towels on different carts on different floors. Then they don't speak a word of English so forget about communicating with them they seem very unhappy to be in their job. There really wasn't anything positive to say here and I usually don't take the time to write a review but this hotel stay was the worst I have ever had in all of my travels throughout the world.

Nice comfortable location, Very close to everything and all access to many excursions.

I went for my wedding anniversary me and my wife love this place warm friendly and professional staff I will come back with my all family Thank you guys

Problems at check-in, they intend to charge more money. The hotel is good. but very expensive for what they offer. very elementary.
