- Complimentary upgrade to the bay view room where we could watch the Nat Day ceremonial parade and fly-past
- Breakfast was sumptuous with a wide selection of main course and side items
- In-room dinner ordered from Cherry Garden which comes with the package was a little disappointing

Was given an early check in at 1045am & late check out at 6pm, rooms was also upgraded too with my request for connecting room. Overall no complain as MO supports sustainability with glass drinking water & shower gel from dispensing machine.
Thoughtful to providing umbrella & re-usable bag. Portion for set lunch was more than enough for 2.
Hope that they will provide coffee machine instead of instant coffee.

My family loved our stay in the City Suite. The food (both breakfast and lunch) are really marvellous. It’s very close to everything, just a few steps to Marina Square. Managed to have a walk in the morning all the way to Marina Barrage and night time stroll to the Merlion park is a breeze.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.

One of the best staycations I ever had with top rated service from their housekeeping and restaurants. The suites were huge and super clean (they clean the room twice a day!) and most importantly, my kiddos loved it! Only downside would be that the kids pool is kinda small.. would have been awesome if there was a fun pool with slides and floats or a jacuzzi heated pool as the water was freezing cold. 😁

Wonderful stay, staycation for my boyfriend birthday. We got complimentary upgrade to Ocean view room. After check in, they will arrange concierge to bring you up to your room, and will assist to carry your luggages if you need. Besides, we can whatapp to their reservations to reserve the pool slots and dining,it will quite fast respond. Lastly, friendly staff have assist us to take photo with amazing view and printed out for us as a memory. Thank for all MO team 😊

We booked for 4 nights. Room is small and the closet/drawer has some wood smell (we believed it's due to resent renovation a few months ago). My room is hot. I turned the AC to 18 degree and high cool and it's still hot. Have complained to hotel. The maintenance guy came and said we have to wait longer for the AC to get cold. But we have been inside the room for over 1 hour and it's still hot. On the first night, I have asked for a standing fan. Housekeeper said they will try to locate a fan but there's no further reply and the fan never came. There's no socket in the bathroom so you have to blowdry your hair in the bedroom. This is the worst MO we have stayed in. On our third day, we mentioned the AC problem to the manager Stephen Foong at the coffee shop (Embu) and he's very kind to help us and arranged someone to fix the AC in that afternoon. Finally we can have a very good sleep in our last night. Thanks to Stephen who not only takes care of us at the restaurant, he even helped to fix the AC which is not his responsiblity. Won't stay in MO in our next visit.

I stayed in Mandarin Oriental Hotel with three relatives and booked a premium family room. When checking in, the front desk staff were very polite and provided good service. When they saw that there were three of us, they also helped us upgrade the room free of charge. The room was very clean with perfect facilities.
