D'Hotel Singapore Managed by The Ascott Limited

Disppointing stay. There is no slippers in the room. Need to ask from the front desk. No complimentary bottle drink. Was told to drink from tap. Light not working and has no label. Could not find the key holder when entering the room. No shower cap provided. No face towel, only bath towel. Seems this hotel is saving cost by not providing the basic necessities.

酒店環境都挺滿意的，但從客觀角度來看，有兩點令我不是很滿意。 1:酒店採光不是特別好 2:酒店晚上由於臨近街道會比較吵

Stayed in d’hotel several times in the past as I’ve always find it value for money. Room is very spacious and the service is always prompt and efficient! No other complains other than the puddles of mess which the doorless shower room made. Not sure why there wasn’t a door to it for the particular room i stayed in this time. The hotel ‘s new addition was also this little pantry for guests at reception and a daily breakfast box as well, which I thought a lot could be improved on 😅 Otherwise, its really convenient and accessible to food choices!

新加波的酒店真的偏小 找了很久終於有一間看上去比較合適的 圖片雖然看上去很大 現實比我想像中小了一點點 但還是可以啦～房間隔音就一般 一大早外面在清潔開門聲有點大 我以為在開我房間的門呢～還有入住之前要求要高樓層和不要頭房也沒有安排到 結果就在頭房！交通方便就還不錯！機場轉一個站然後搭去歐南園走幾分鐘就到酒店 很快 可以慳搭的士的錢 酒店去聖淘沙或者其他景點交通也很方便～

The room was clean,staff very helpful checked in process very fast.near by food & cafe options of Tiong Bahru,walk to MRT station less than 15min excellent.

Great stay! Reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! Rooms were big and comfortable :)! There’s also some cafe and zichar stalls nearby :D

The location was great, just that some amenities need to be asked through phone and not readily available upon checking in

We were in the hotel to put down our belongings and was requesting for more amenities. The Indian training staff agreed with the items we requested. We told the Indian trainee to call us by phone when the room is available as the checking in is at 3pm. She said yes to us she would call. Later on an assistant manager named cheenee approached us apologizing that she can't accommodate to our requests as there are limitations for the amenities they can provide. Which my wife and I were unhappy that things weren't what it was told. As the conversations go on , we could tell that this assistant manager is very argumentative from the way she spoke to us. No call received from them another disappointment and irresponsible for their words and actions. Even mention that she is not committed to call us. Which is a lie. Very offensive and rude with no etiquettes at all unfit to be an assistant manager. Overall the room was pleasant, spacious however staffs at the front desk wasn't highly professionally trained for hospitality. Do not know how to uphold a proper conversations and dealing with matters. Should watch their body language when talking to guests and learn not to be argumentative towards guests. Aircon wasn't cold at all no doubt adjusted to the lowest and didn't have a good sleep night. The headlights off by itself occasionally. My pants got burnt and torn while ironing no doubt adjusting to the right temperature. This issue being brought up to the operation manager and we were told by him . They need 3 days of investigation to see if there is any fault on the ironing. My pant was badly damage and yet they need more time to investigate. No responsibility given to us to the damage of the pants and i was told to wait. Will not come back here again and recommend to anybody.

You wont see what you get in the room pictures. Bathtub rooms are limited but you pay the same price for rooms without bathtub. Otherwise its a great place, cosy design and vibe
