We had a great stay at the one bedroom suite. Requested for a baby cot and hotel manage to fulfill the request. However the baby cot is very old and not as clean as I expected. Breakfast selection was great! We enjoyed the breakfast very much. From American breakfast to Asian food such as laksa and prata.

The location is very ideal and convenient. The view is nice. However, the hotel is very old and run down, the toilet had creepy crawlies coming out from the walls. I would rather you pay more to stay in a hotel which has better hygiene standards.

Great location, very old and tired hotel.
Staff seemed very used to the complaints and didn’t seem to care much.
The first room we had had water coming through the ceiling, heaps of dust and mould everywhere and used soap in the shower.
We are very cruisy travellers but when you book a 5 star hotel for a special occasion you expect clean facilities. The second room we booked smelled of sewerage. Less mould in the showers but not nice at all. We booked for 1 week for our wedding and booked this room on trip.com for the night before the wedding. We didn’t even stay in it so it was the biggest waste of $300 sgd… disappointing. We don’t complain or let things like this ruin a trip, and just wrote off the cost. The bed was also broken in our first room but we arrived so late we just wanted to sleep, it was sunken in as the base was completely broken. Considering we mentioned it was our wedding it was quite surprising to receive such a bad room! When we mentioned it in the morning they didn’t apologise and just said they would change the room. Bit strange. I should have taken pics to share but we were getting married and pretty happy, this didn’t really change things but I can imagine it would be disappointing for many.
Best location, but every thing else was pretty bad. I know the world is struggling at the moment, I think we need to get used to it….
Oh and the hairdryer melted and burnt didn’t even work… not amazing for a 5 star hotel…
In hindsight we would not book this for a special occasion. Great for a normal holiday if you are not fussed about all of the above. The mould and dust was not good so maybe stay away if you are asthmatic.

Love the service! Checked in late night and they allow us to have late check out. Although in the end we decided not to extend. Good place to stay if you don't mind to walk, can go great world city or clark quay area.

The hygiene for this hotel is so so. Everything seems old, gym is messy. Weights is left everywhere.

Thumbup - Nice Waterfront View (day view serene, night view charming, even got to see National Day Parade Preview Fireworks). Good location, just a stone throw from Great World City. Received complimentary slice of cake for birthday. Quite tasty.
Neutral - Delayed check. Front desk informed that due to manpower shortage, room was not ready. Seems like not much coordination between Dept e.g Front desk not aware of cake arrangement, Cake delivered late night.. Buffet breakfast spread not as good as Orchard Hotel under the same hotel group. eg. No local delite such as Chee Cheong Fun, Chinese vegetarian friendly snacks
Thumb down - Drawers of workstation not properly checked - Found left behind butter; Informed reception hotline, no apology but told me "Just throw away" (stunned by her response); Requested 2 foam pillows, message conveyed to Housekeeping became 1; Mini bar not working, informed but the same reception asked me is it aircon spoilt. Sigh. Not paying attention or too tired working night shift ?? Emailed to provide suggestions to improve on dept coordination, no response..Maybe we are locals, so suggestions not being valued?? LOL
Like to give 3.5 stars but no such option. 4 stars? Maybe in future if stay again and see improvement, will give 4 or even 5 stars
