Mein Sohn und ich haben uns im Tortuguero Natural sehr wohl gefühlt! Ein freundlicher Empfang mit Willkommensdrink, hilfsbereite, unglaublich nette Gastgeber und die Lage fast direkt am Strand waren wunderbar. Kaffee und Wasser gibt es den ganzen Tag gratis. Das Frühstück im nahe gelegenen Restaurant war eines der besten unserer Reise. Am großartigsten aber die beiden Besitzer, supernett und sehr hilfsbereit. Definitiv zu empfehlen.

The accommodation is functional and only a few steps away from the beautiful beach (inviting for long walks). We were delighted of the friendliness and helpfulness of our hosts. The breakfast offered in a little restaurant in the centre was very tasty.

Met by very friendly and helpful staff and a welcome cold fruit drink. We were given lots of information about local attractions and help with our ongoing travel plans. Accommodation was comfortable and spacious.

WHAT AN AMAZING HOTEL. The staff is wonderful. The room is cozy and the town is just fantastic. My partner and I ended running behind and missed the last boat. The hotel staff quickly found us a private boat and made sure to text us updates. The captain of the boat was happy to edit till the rain stopped so we didn't get soaked. Once we arrived the staff welcomed us with fresh fruit juice. Our whole stat they were attentive. They were happy to answer out questions and give us advice. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and a short walk to town. Finally on our last day the boat left at 2pm check out was at 11am. The staff simply told us to keep our room till departure. The hotel was simply amazing!!!

Un séjour très agréable, c’est simple mais suffisant. On se sent tout de suite bien dans cet endroit, la personne qui nous a reçu était parfaite! Merci à lui pour sa gentillesse et son attention. J’avais peur d’avoir chaud ou qu’il y ait du bruit (nous étions en bas) mais tout s’est bien passé.

La struttura è semplice ma carina e ordinata. L’esperienza è stata resa particolarmente piacevole dallo staff che ci ha accolto con gentilezza e premura, comprendendo ogni nostra difficoltà logistica per dei ritardi (avevamo le escursioni concentrate e arrivavamo direttamente da san jose dopo volo intercontinentale) e aiutandoci a risolvere ogni problema. Dico solo che alla partenza dell’ escursione serale per le tartarughe, il responsabile dell’albergo, dopo averci già portato personalmente a prendere qualcosa da mangiare per non far fare a nostro figlio l’ escursione a digiuno, ci ha anche raggiunto dopo per offrire al bimbo un ombrello e a me, che non avevo avuto il tempo di aprire la valigia, una giacca. Ci siamo trovati anche molto bene con l’agenzia a cui si rivolgono per fare le escursioni quindi consiglio di prenotare tutto tramite loro

Trato perfecto en el hotel te informan de todo tienen todo tipo tours te reciben con un cóctel de bienvenida y a la salida té dan un pequeño souvenirs habitaciones limpias y situación excelente a 25 metros de la playa y café gratis las 24 horas hotel sencillo pero bonito
