I already called and complained to ******* and made a bad Yelp review, the desk clerk who apparently is the son of the owner was very very rude, please review surveillance video has he told me it is all on video, it all stemmed from an additional 20 charge for a pet, I thought online it showed 10
and he wouldn't give me the time to show him what it showed on the website and it just got worse from there, at one point after I tried to cancel the room I was told it non refundable but when I told him I would be complaining he said he'd let me stay if I didn't make a complaint, I let him know I would be happy to leave with a credit to my account which he said he didn't charge to my card, which it would have to come from 3rd party educated then I needed a room, probably the worst part was at the end where I found out the room was on the 2 floor, admittedly I didn't think to specify I needed a ground to floor when reserving the room, I let him know i was disabled and offered to show him my handicap placard he told me it would be extra for a bottom floor!! Then he proceeded to tell me again several times he would do me this favor, in the end I told forget about it I didn't want any favors from him and proceeded to carry all my things up the stairs which I can barely go up and down without anything hindering me let alone several bags and a BIG suitcase, I actually wonder if this is an ADA violation!! To say the experience was horrible doesn't actually come close to how bad it was !!
