I booked it for my parents and I informed Ms Lalita(Hotel ***ager) and Mr Vipin(Kitchen ***ager) to take care of my parents as I stay in Bhubaneswar. I just wanted to see my Parents Happy as they did so much for us. Trust me, they had no words to express how Great they felt that- 1 day at “The Park Hote”. Every staff made them feel special. They are extremely Happy. Thank you Team. I recommend people to stay and take good memories in this Hotel. Thank you.

Arrival experience was very good. Stayed in 306 has excellent view. Beach front hotel. Check in and check out was smooth. Hospitality was good. We are very delighted with the hospitality. Staff arranged a chocolate welcome cake before we checks in to the rooms. Here I am attaching the pics as well. Service was excellent and prompt.

Housekeeping is a very reliable service, and every cleaner that Miss Kumari & Kanaka have sent us has been exceptional. When we have had a few problems, their prompt, amiable customer service has come to our aid. Furthermore, our everyday room service is AMAZING & VERY CLEAN. She always leaves my room spotless and with a meticulous and careful touch.

We were charged over £150 (15000 IR) a night for a four night stay which we were happy to pay in order for a “luxury 5 star hotel” experience. However we were sadly disapointed. The room was shabby and in much need of an overhaul. It was more like a hostel than a luxury hotel. One morning we were greeted with a 3 inch half dead cockroach in the bathroom. Not what you expect in a luxury hotel! The pool and surrounds were no better. The sun beds were grimy, the decking was falling apart and the pool had black mould just above the water line. We complained and were told that the ***ager would meet us in our room at an agreed time. He never turned up. It was just all so disapointing - we paid top dollar and got hostel standard.

Stayed here while watching the cricket. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. Some building improvements were underway but that didn’t spoil my experience. The hotel could do with a bit of modernisation ( which was underway) as some aspects were looking a bit tired. A good place to stay.

The location is excellent and USP of the hotel. I used to visit The Park with my father when I was a kid. I had chosen this hotel specifically for remembering my memories. The welcoming and pleasant lobby traditional music and fragrance was enhanced by warm smiles at the reception area. I felt like i am a VIP guest of The Park. I was seamlessly checked in and was told about the facilities and local attractions by very a humble and informative Ms Lalita who also made me feel very welcome and comfortable stay. The hotel had a beautiful classic era appeal and the Library paintings made it look gorgeous. Home away from home...

Excellent quality and relaxed ambience both exterior and interior. Private beach with Beach side restaurant, soft lighting with peaceful music is the perfect combination for enjoyment. Five star room with quality aminities and room service is really great. Pool side restaurant and gym was a great experience for my short stay. Another thing I should mention about its a- lacarta food menu choice as per my choice. Overall 100% satisfaction with warm welcome drink from hearty hospitable reception staff, Perfect tune from top General ***ager to all peoples in regards to stay, food, service. Sea view room with morning sun rise and evening sun set was unforgottable experience. Nice location, easy approach to R K Beach, walk across beach side road and visit to sub-marine museum, kali temple was our bonus point to stay with this property.
