Tanoa Tusitala Hotel

The facility was clean and modern, but the shower didn't drain fully leaving a slippery puddle away from the drain hole. Housekeeping wasn't consistent. On separate occasions the mirror was left wet, the bins unemptied, the towel unchanged and the bed not made up properly. The programmable safe didn't open once locked, and the key card had to be reprogrammed to give access to the room. Once, while resting in my room in the early afternoon, someone tried to enter my room but the latch stopped them. I quickly checked outside, thinking it might have been housekeeping, but no one was there except someone - a burly obese island man in singlet, shorts and jandals - walking quickly around the corner. I believe it was another guest who'd somehow gained access to electronic access cards, and who was raiding other guest's rooms. It was after that incident that my key card failed to work, and I had to visit reception to get it reprogrammed. The staff were generally courteous and kind, but really only going through the motions to fulfil their role. No one stood out as loving the work they do. The egg station couldn't make poached egg. That had to come from the kitchen, and they had to boil the water first and it was an inordinately long wait. In a previous visit to Samoa, at a hotel in Savai'i, the egg station had a pan with simmering water for poached eggs, and they delivered poached eggs as quickly as any other style of egg. I visited other hotels for events around Apia on this visit. I'm now open to staying at other hotels after this visit.

Everything was great. Housekeeping needs alot of work on efficiency, time management and thorough cleaning.

Es war ok ... nichts Besonderes. Das Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich gut - sauber. Kinderfreundliche Verbesserungen: Frühstück, meistens laute Musik und Personal, das auf dem Boden hinter einem Küchenbereich sitzt.

Nachdem ich in Tanoa auf Fidschi gewesen war, wurde mir klar, was für eine Geldverschwendung für Samoa Tanoa Tusitala. Tanoa in Fidschi war unglaublich, das Personal begrüßte uns mit einem wunderschönen Lächeln und sprach uns durch alles. Nahm unser Gepäck und zeigte uns unser Zimmer! Obwohl wir nur 16 Stunden dort bleiben, müssen wir auf unseren nächsten Flug zurück nach Australien warten. Unser nächster Urlaub wird auf jeden Fall nach Fidschi gehen. ERSTAUNLICHER SERVICE FIJI, das Tanoa Tusitala Hotel kam nie zu euch zurück, der Service war schlecht, das Frühstück nicht wirklich gut, hätte besser sein können! Ich bestelle Rührei und warte darauf, dass ich, mein Mann und die Kinder unseren Tisch verlassen haben und niemand kommt und sich dafür entschuldigt, dass ich es nicht geschafft habe. Dies wird unser erstes und letztes für das Tanoa Tusitala Hotel sein Sehr enttäuschend!!!

Das Personal ist überragend! Fragen Sie sie einfach nach allem und jedem Anliegen, sie werden es richtig machen!

Das Anwesen befindet sich in perfekter Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Banken und Clubs sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Insgesamt war das Hotel großartig, der Check-in-Unterkunftswunsch wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Es wurde jedoch ein Gutschein vorgelegt, um die nicht bereitgestellte und übersehene Zimmeranfrage zu kompensieren.

Zufrieden, wie sauber und groß das Zimmer ist. Das Abendessen, das wir bestellt hatten, war ausgezeichnet. Abgesehen von einer Fehlkommunikation in Bezug auf die Abholung vom Flughafen, die uns 2 Stunden am Flughafen warten lässt, werden wir dennoch für zukünftige Reisen buchen

Its fine if you need to stay in Apia. Good air conditioning in the room, which offset the high humidity. Staff were pleasant.
