I travel to August frequently for work and I've stayed here a few times. It is a great place to lay my head on business trips. The only issue is the WiFi is not great.

Booked here for location/proximity to work. Stayed one night. Room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and I woke up to cockroaches scurrying across the floor.

The room was clean and functional, culd use some updating. Area was dark, not necessarily unsafe but not a great feeling of sfe and secure.

I thought the staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The hotel was perfect for a much needed quiet night get away!

I was completely disgusted with my one night stay here. I needed an easy option for the night before surgery and I decided to trust the reviews on this hotel that said it was clean. That was mostly what I was looking for prior to surgery. To my dismay, this hotel was disgusting. If it wasn't for my husband convincing me to stay for the sake of surgery I would have walked out. First, there is no possible way the floors had been vacuumed. Dirt and chunks of dust everywhere. Second, I immediately washed my hands, ans the sink never drained. I checked the stopper and everything and the sink WOULD NOT drain. So that night and the next morning I had to use the BATHTUB to brush my teeth and clean my face. Unacceptable. Third, when you close the bathroom door there was a huge hole on the bottom of it. That I can deal with. But also large chunks of dust and dibris from the door with stuck in the door, so when you closed it to use the bathroom, you could see that for a VERY long time, no one has bothered to clean behind the door. Lastly, in the shower, there were several spots where bar soap residue was on the shower and tub where previous occupants har placed their soap. How disgusting to think how poorly the shower and tub is cleaned in between occupants. Overall, I will never be giving this hotel chain a chance, and especially the Augusta hotel. This is not a "clean" but cheap hotel.

The room seemed half cleaned when I arrived. There were sticky patches on the end tables. There was hair in the tub, on the towels and on the bed linens. There was no coffee for the machine. The toiletries provided were half full and had sticky stains on them - yuck

Staff was very courteous. Our tv didnt work so he came in immediately to fix it. Breakfast wasnt the greatest but it was a free breakfast

The carpet needs to be steam cleaned, turned on the heater and the smell was of something burning. The toilet was wobbling all over when you had to use it. Toilet paper holder was broken with sharp screws sticking out of the wall. The back door entrance was dirty and loaded with dead leaves.
