The hotel receptionists were very polite and helpful, the room is very clean and comfortable. Just that the location is kind of hidden.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and very modern. They have international charger provided. Good for family as they have children play area, service is good but they dont offer or suggest which place/tourist spots to go to.. the staff get our room number and said they will check for us but i think they forgotten to get back to us. Though it is near to thong lor station its not a walk in distance; still a long way to go.. they have shuttle bus every hour to send u near mrt station. Otherwise, u have to book your own transport via grab or bolt.
In summary, we enjoyed our 5days stay in the hotel. 👍👍👍 may i suggest to have more foods selections and also u may suggest tour package or day tour package provided.

Perhaps the layout for the lobby and front desks can be reworked… there was frequent congestion at peak timings and housekeeping, in general, took a long time to respond to simple requests (more bottles of water, ironing board) etc.
Room was ok but aircon blew wind into our faces directly so it was really cold. We booked the premier room. Some visible wall patches (see pic). Other than that, the biggest disadvantage of this hotel was the location. It was nowhere near a 7-11 or convenience store.
The bellboy (or guest relations officer) was the friendliest! Front desk staff… not so much.
Would i stay here again? Probably not but it was great value for money.

There was a delay in the check-in process that took longer than expected. My room was ready at 15:35 which was not as promised. But this is my second time staying here and I hope they can improve this as the rest of my stay were good.
