Leider schlechte Erfahrung. Unfreundlicher Empfang, schmuddelige „Bar“, wo man nix bekommen kann weil nicht besetzt, Zimmer ebenerdig (Typ Standard), sehr sauber, aber Blick auf Bretterwand 2-3 Meter vor der Nase. Positiv: Trinkwasserspender zur freien Bedienung…immerhin.

Angeblich ein 5 Sterne Hotel . Lachhaft . Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Fähranleger, fette Trucks stehen den ganzen Tag rum und lassen ihre Motoren hoch drehen . Gestank und Lautstärke ständig . Balkone sind kaum nutzbar weil die Sonne voll drauf steht und keinerlei Verschattungsmöglichkeit besteht . Man sieht aber eh nur auf einen Parkplatz für fette Ami Trucks . Bürgersteige oder Rücksicht auf Fußgänger kennt man hier nicht . Die Autos hupen um die Fußgänger zum anhalten zu bewegen, damit sie vor Ihnen schneidig abbiegen können . Ansonsten lässt man gerne den Motor ständig laufen . Auch gern neben dem Resto . Don’t stay in the shithole city, up up and away is better ..

I had a two bedroom suite which was spacious and afforded much privacy with the door to one bedroom. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, tons of natural light, overhead ceiling fans and quiet AC worked very well Very pleasant front reception staff - Sasha and other woman on evening shift were very kind and professional even when dealing with snarky guests. good breakfast that's included with reasonable variety. Filtered water available on every floor to refill water bottles, in room coffee maker and refrigerator. Laundry service was not great; I still had sand in my clothes and they were folded but didn't appear or smell fresh. A room on the 3rd or fourth floor would provide a better view (I had a slice of ocean but mostly metal roofs), but for 2 nights, I was very happy with this hotel choice.

Best place to stay on Bocas for couples or family groups. Safe, very comfortable beds, BREAKFAST INCLUDED at best restaurant on island- friendly and responsive staff- highly recommend. Coffee and fridge in our room- perfect two bedroom setup. We stayed with 3 family groups young kids and adults and we would definitely go back. We got tips from locals it is the spot. Friendly water taxi access directly across the street - shops for food and pharmacy within 500 ft and great pizza directly next door. Best part is deli next door too with great sandwiches and best wine option on island. Wonderful trip?

The hotel was right in front of a boat dock which was so convenient for excursions, walking distance from many restaurants and bars. The staff were attentive and kind. We got sick (i believe food poisoning) and the front desk staff were kind enough to get us gatorade, medice and cleaned our bathroom. Overall, really nice stay, would recommend 👌

This hotel is conveniently located on the main ***** of the island. It is close to a lot of grocery stores, tours, restaurants, and water taxis that can take you anywhere you want. The rooms were outstanding. I had a one bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the water. The water in the room was nice, having the option of hot or cold shower. The air conditioning was awesome, it had two units; one in the private room, the other one in the main area. They have a laundry service that was convenient, since you are busy doing so many tours, swimming, diving, etc., it is nice that they have this available; same day service or next day service, depending on when you turn in your laundry. They had a nice breakfast available at a restaurant down the street called, Buena Vista. Great food and excellent service. I went with a group of friends, there was 13 of us and we had a blast. The only problem was that the elevator did not work for 3 days. Despite the inconvenience, I will be returning to this hotel.

I think the main appeal of this hotel is the location. It’s very close to the town center without being in the middle of the noisier areas. It’s easy to walk anywhere in town. The room we got was beautiful, spacious, and totally equipped. It had a lovely view of the ocean and a hammock to chill outside. The air conditioning worked like a charm, there were water dispensers all over the property, and the internet connection was very good. The elevator is tiny, but it does the job. Breakfast is included, in a nearby restaurant. The options there were very good, and it’s a lovely spot to eat with a little dock. Overall this is a great choice in Bocas. Worth the price.
