Wir sind spontan auf der Durchreise in diesem kleinen Hotel eingekehrt. Direkt bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer war super gemütlich, tolle Betten und eine superleise aber leistungsstarke Klimaanlage. Der Service war absolut zuvorkommend, nicht aufgesetzt und außerordentlich herzlich. Im Zentrum war alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Trotz der Nähe zum Stadtkern war dies wirklich ein Ort der Ruhe und Entschleunigung. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Nur wenige Zimmer und Suiten, dafür aber mit einer tollen Innenarchitektur, abgestimmt bis ins letzte Detail, hochwertigen Materialien, absolut freundlichem Service und perfektem Frühstück - Abendessen wird auf Wunsch - übrigens sehr kreativ und total schmackhaft - zubereitet. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar - alle Ansprechpartner sind total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist eine Empfehlung an alle, die das Individuelle und in jeder Hinsicht ein gehobenes Niveau lieben. Die oft in solchen Häusern anzutreffende Arroganz des Personals war hier überhaupt nicht vorhanden - im Gegenteil: man fühlte sich sofort wohl und willkommen - absolut perfektes auf den Kunden orientiertes inhabergeführtes Unternehmen - bei unserem nächsten Bordeaux Aufenthalt werden wir nur hier übernachten!!!!

Sichtbar viel Kreativität hat Eingang gefunden in die Gestaltung von Gemeinschaftsräumen und Zimmer sowie in das kulinarische Angebot. Die moderne Innenarchitektur harmoniert mit dem Stadtpalast. Außer exquisitem Frühstück wird auch Abendessen in den Gemeinschaftsräumen angeboten. Aus dem Zimmer blickt man über die Dächer und erfreut sich herrlicher Betten.

My sister and I were given the opportunity to have a little break from caring for our parents and we were looking for a haven of peace and relaxation in the city of Bordeaux. My sister found Yndo and what a find it was The staff, Estelle, Richard, Romain and Chloé were attentive, personable and professionnal and any minor issues were resolved quickly and courteously. The hotel is beautiful and very well situated. The rooms were extremely quiet and the beds very comfortable so we were able to have a complete rest which did us the power of good. The breakfast was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting the beautiful city of Bordeaux. Thank you Yndo for enabling us to have a complete break it was wonderful

We stayed at Yndo for two nights and loved it. This arty boutique hotel really knows how to look after its guests. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for some luxurious R&R. Breakfasts are just what you need to start your day - delicious. Estelle and her team could not be more helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble; from setting up perfect dining reservations to helping pack some fragile purchases. We would thoroughly recommend making your Bordeaux stay the best by checking into Yndo. It’s really more than the beautifully appointed hotel, it’s the great team that provide such brilliant service. Thanks Estelle and team for making our stay in Bordeaux such a highlight.

This hotel is an absolute jewel. From the moment we arrived until we left we were treated with kindness and super hospitality. It was our 33rd wedding anniversary and we had traveled from Florence where we live half the year. The lovely, lovely Estelle was so wonderful. We were spoiled by all on our anniversary and would not even think of staying anywhere else in Bordeaux. The hotel is in a great part of the city for exploring and it is like staying in an elegant private residence as it is a historic property but finished as a 5 star hotel. We loved it and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Indeed, the pillows are the fluffiest I have had in a long time but what makes it special is the attention of the staff, their capacity to adapt to any situation, the quality of the food and the incredible room accommodations that are different and superb. Service at its best with a smile. A wonderful experience to be repeated soon.

behind the door as you enter this beautiful property....one of the nicest and most accommodating small city hotels we have stayed in...we will return! From the discreet plaque on the wall, to the tasteful furnishings, the elegant patio and terrace, the rooms comfortable..and the eclectic artwork everywhere...this small boutique hotel excells in every way...we were simply taken away with all it offered....breakfast was delicious on the sunlite terrace, dinner was as if we were the only guests in a beautiful mansion...being served homemade rigotoni pasta w. sauce that will open taste buds!..not to mention, it is a great location, away from traffic on a quiet street, easy to get uber and be in the center quickly...the staff also reached out with consideration and kindness...Roman....was exceptional...his personality , upbeat manner and sense of engagement delighted us...thank you each and everyone for giving us such a nice stay in your beautiful city.......
