Stayed for 2 nights, from the moment I arrived to the day I left the staff were great. Very friendly and made sure I had a nice room with a view. Room was nice and clean and big. Hotel links directly to the ****** although I didn't use it. Short drive to Lake Tahoe and close to local stores like Walmart and restaurants like McDonalds & In N Out

Check in quick and friendly Free breakfast in dining room was full breakfast and not continental. Parking close by and bell carts plentiful.

酒店的位置比較不錯，交通比較方便，旁邊就是環城的快速公路。酒店的條件也很好，可以達到四星級的標準，酒店******在一起，非常熱鬧，餐廳的牛排非常好吃，價格也很便宜，房間的設施也很好，唯一就是，加熱器的温度不是很暖和，寬帶是免費的，但是網絡信號一般，含早餐，早餐是選擇性的菜單式，我選的是漢堡和炒雞蛋配的蔬菜，基本上可以吃飽，最主要的是酒店的價格非常美麗。

Overall it was a good stay, however the room could have been cleaner. Dust on everything and hair in the tub (not ours). The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly.

we stayed there for a week. what a mistake.the room was dirty, did not move bed stand for months if not years. The complimentary breakfast was horrible, no fruit or anything fresh. the only "4" things to choice from for your 'complimentary' breakfast is: 1. scrambled eggs 2. biscuits & gravy 3. pancakes or french toast 4. oatmeal. anything else, you pay for. even the way you get your eggs! Scrambled thats it! EVERYDAY! if you don't stay there, you CAN'T get food to go.
You would think that when you checked into the hotel room that they would tell you about the hotel, room, ********... Not this place, had to figure out ever thing by yourself. don't stay here, go to a better one! You been warned!

From the moment we arrived things were a little rocky. For one the person at the front desk was really rude and unfriendly. Second one of the rooms that we booked was filled with snow because the window was left open. Then in the same room the heater was not working. When asking about a change in the room that same person was so rude about the switch that I was already upset as is. Other than that the amenities were nice and my family and I really enjoyed the breakfast, the bowling alley and the jetted tub. I would come back only if that one lady was not there.
