Ein absolut erstklassiges Hotel in zentraler Lage. Zahlreiche öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, weil sich das Hotel im Zentrum von Castres befindet. Ein historisches Gebäude das seid über 100 Jahren ein Hotel ist. Hier weiß man genau, wie man einen Kunden zufrieden stimmt. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle auf eine natürliche Weise höflich und freundlich. Hier bekommt der Gast viele gute und tolle Info´s zu der Stadt, Restaurants, Parkplätze und und und. Bereits der Eingangsbereich ist spektakulär!!! Die Zimmer sind modern, groß und mit einem riesigen Bad mit begehbarer Dusch bzw. mit einem separaten WC ausgestattet. Klimaanlage, ein wirklich großes Bett, was in FR nicht üblich ist. Die Empfehlung vom Hotel: Essen im Restaurant L´Artiste ein weiteres spektakuläres und atemberaubendes Ereignis!! Zu mind. 100% ein absolut empfehlenswerter Ort zum Verweilen, Wohlfühlen und Entdecken. Castres ist zudem eine fantastische Stadt, ein Kleinod, das man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollte.

This hotel is right in the heart of the town, in a historic building, convenient for amenities, restaurants and bars. The staff make this hotel worth a visit, as they are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, although the sunken bath was a little low for my old bones. The breakfast was extra, but very good. The hotel also has a cosy bar.

Small. Boutique hotel right in the enter of CASTRES. we had room 212 which has an enormous recently renovated bathroom with great overhead shower a spa bath and heated towel rail and heated floor. We visited in winter. Our room was spacious overlooking a rather ordinary wall . Cleaning was excellent and reception very very friendly and helpful. English was spoken and the fresh orange juice at breakfast is great. We were made to feel like family and this was our second stay. You could not do better than this hotel in Castres and not expensive.

I stayed with my wife and three children (2, 6 and 9) in August/September 2022. The hotel is fantastically placed in centre of Castres and there are great all night car parking options nearby if needed. This hotel is so lovely. It's clean and comfortable, but also great fun. It's a bit quirky and the children loved exploring it. The breakfast was great and would definitely recommend it. Most of all though, the staff were fantastic and genuinely happy to have children around and making friends with them. Very highly recommended.

Fascinating old building, lots of character. Room large and pleasant. Good buffet breakfast. Only ****** was that there was only one rather small pillow each - fine for my wife (and presumably, many others) but I really missed having another. I did ask, but it seemed that the, otherwise very helpful and friendly, staff couldn't find one.
Apart from that, we very much enjoyed our stay. The free local buses are a bonus if you're travelling by train - it's quite a long walk from the station!
