Crowne Plaza Concord/Walnut Creek

We stayed at the Concord Plaza with a whole football team and it was great! The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel was full and the a**osphere was great! The rooms were older but we had a good nights rest. If you are ever in Concord I would recommend this hotel.

We got there Monday morning asked for extra towels , left for the day came back no towels .. Tuesday morning went to take a shower an it-sprayed out the seal was broken , flush the toilet an handle gets stuck didn’t know so it ran an ran an ran tell I pulled Handel up .. so I call to desk am the phone cord has a short in it .. which then I was like this is the worst. Talk to front desk an tell them all the issues so I told them it’s my bday we will be gone all day can this stuff be fixed an please again towels an toilet paper. Well we get back 8:30 ish nothing fixed , No towels, no toilet paper, I call again, I’m so sorry I can send someone right up, I said we have been gone all day we’re going to bed now but can u do it in the morning , so again gone all day come back late again nothing done no towels no toilet paper so I just decided to go to the office cause I’m getting no we’re with this, I talk to a man a woman an told them everything they gave me towels an toilet paper an offered to give me a new room but by the 3 rd day of using the same towels an sparing toilet paper plus we we’re leaving that morning not worth changing rooms… oh an they gave me a 49.00 credit back to my card for the stay for the inconvenience but this was the worst …

和酒店前台説了，和收拾房間服務員説了，就是沒人打掃房間。這服務態度沒誰了。正常酒店都是打掃房間，這個酒店水破大天也沒人理，也沒人打掃房間。

Came for the pool and bathtub for our toddlers. After swimming we were going tongive the boys a bath....no hot water. Maintenance came, confirmed no hot water. We were not given another room.to bathe...rather told they would extend oir check out til 1. Meanwhile.my kids are wet and cold.very disappointing. Tried speaking to a manager and Jase or Jason said no manager on duty. He claimed the hotel was at maxium.capacoty and could.not give us another room but we watched houskeeping finish the room across from us. If they didn't have an indoor pool, we would never come back.

Room was extremely outdated for the price. The bathroom was wheelchair accessible ( not sure if all rooms have similar bathroom layout) and that is okay except for water literally running all over the bathroom floor, up to the toilet and sink. We couldn’t use the bathroom without putting on shoes. The bed however, was extremely comfortable and the sheets were too. Staff was nice and welcoming.

So for starters, the light to turn onto the property doesn't change from red. While we stayed at the Concord, we went through 3 rooms. 1. Had several large pooling stains of what appeared to be blood. Staff was very nice and got us a different room. 2. The carpet was completely soaked with some kind of liquid (maybe from the AC?) 3. Third room was fine. AC definitely didn't get down to where we set it, but I will survive. The hotel is quite outdated, but that doesn't usually bother me. The lobby is really cute and kitschy. You could tell the staff deals with complaints a lot. I called down while we were in the first room and tried to make a joke by asking, "Was there a crime committed in this room or what?!" And the front desks response was "We actually aren't allowed to disclose that information but as far as I know, no" 😬 Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential to be a fun stay, but has fallen into disarray. It looks like Marriot bought it out, so hopefully they will help update it and make the rooms more uniform.

The check-in went smoothly and the room was clean and picture perfect. Unfortunately my room was adjacent to the lobby area where a party was held with loud music (I love parties too, but not in my room while trying to sleep) until after 10pm. The music did get turned down a bit but continued until after 11pm. The next morning around 7:30am I could hear the housekeeping staff having a meeting of sorts outside of room for a couple of minutes. More consideration to the guests should be the focus.

The website states there's a pool, a hot tub and a restaurant, hot tub has been down for a while as well as the restaurant closed.. plenty of time to update the website but haven't, very disappointing! There was no hot water in the evening OR the morning, lukewarm at best. Carpet and furniture is either soiled or stained in room 131. The staff was pleasant and the bed was comfortable but I did not enjoy my stay at all. This property is also adjacent to a small active airport so it's quite noisy at times!

The room was okay. The bed was a little stiff for me. The parking situation needs work. It was difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. The next morning there was a lot of noise above me. It sounded like construction work was underway. The lounge was advertised but never opened.
