Had a couple of issues with the room, the TV turned on itself during the night out of a sudden. Water was pouring brown in the sink and shower from time to time.

The one thing we didn't like was we paid for a water view which we got, however
, they were doing painting and i had ladders and workers in my view. I walked out of the shower and had to hurry and cover up because i had workers with access to look right into my window.
I ordered a king room back in November and upon arrival they said they had no king rooms available, only double beds...
That's not what i paid for or booked, they did not accommodate me.
There is no shopping near by so you have to take a taxi anywhere you go, would be nice if they had a shuttle even once a day that could drop you off at the shopping district and pick up, that would have been great!
The place was clean, staff was very kind, food was ok. Not sure if i would come back here again or not, i may give it another try in the future.

I was very surprised to find myself enjoying every aspect of this vacation. So much to do, the activities were wonderful. the food was fresh and delicious. Property was clean and beautiful. The staff are welcoming and friendly. My boys (11 & 14) and I had a fantastic time.

The staff is excellent and the view from our balcony was beautiful. Our chair broke on the balcony as it was worn but it was remedied immediately.

Be careful if you staying in room 403. I stayed there for 4 nights and had bed bug bites on my arms and legs..... Such a nightmare 😭😭

We had a great time during our stay at Melia Cozumel! The staff was warm, welcoming and went above and beyond for us. The resort itself was clean and had a lot of on site activities (volleyball, mini golf, game room). The only thing I would say was to be sure to make a reservation the day you arrive or else you will be eating the buffet for dinner every night. The food was your typical all inclusive resort food. The beach and pool were amazing, we had the most relaxing time.

This was a great choice for a long weekend. Nice rooms (had an oceanfront), smaller resort so easy to get around, location far enough from the crazy but close enough for a quick cab ride, food was decent, bars had good liquors (not all resorts have brand name), and a very nice staff!

Great place to stay. I did not like that you couldn’t get reservations for the other restaurants easily. That was very disappointing. Other than that, it was amazing.

We loved the beach at this property. Plenty of chairs and room to sit. The beach was very clean and well kept and had a lot of swimming room. The rest of the resort is nice. Limited options at the buffet but we didn’t mind only being there for 3 nights. We’d absolutely go back for another short trip!
