The staff was very friendly and made me and my daughter feel at bome. Our room was huge!! Convenient to have a coffee/sweets spot, a lounge, ********, and a restaurant all in one location.

The hotel is a great value for your money, if your intention is to just stay overnight and hit the road the next day. Clean room, drink vouchers and popcorn upon check in. There is coffee and hot water in the lobby. Restaurant is a great place to grab a bite before heading to bed.

Great hidden gem. Staff is so nice and friendly. Simple process to check in. Very nice clean and comfortable rooms. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Ely.

We found someone's keys when we went to bed. They were under the sheet, made into the bed. Ewww!

Only improvement would have been elevator to get luggage into the room. Other than that stairs are fine.

Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet room. No hassle check in.
The hotel was excellent. The service at breakfast at 9:30am in the Mexican restaurant was not great at all. Waited 15 minutes just to order. Waited 5 minutes between asking for something and getting it. The food was delicious though.

Our room was very nice. We stayed in a pet friendly room and it was completely tiled. We didn’t hear any traffic noise or any noise from the ******. Our phone was not working in our room so I couldn’t reach the main desk or the number for room service. Someone did come and look at it, but she wasn’t able to figure out what was going wrong. They need to work on their wiring system as they are using two floor multiple plugins and wires were going everywhere. I had to walk down to the restaurant and order our food to go and take to our room. It took a long time for the order to be completed and I was charged an extra $1.50 for takeout. We will definitely stop there again as it is on our way through Ely, and right off the main road. It’s a nice facility.

This was a beautiful hotel and ******. The staff and servers were all amazing! They’re in house. Restaurant has great food. Rooms are big, spacious and comfy with lots of amenities. Will definitely stay here again.
