The location is good. No room service, though

We chose this facility while travelling south, based on location and ******* reviews. The property was as expected based on these reviews. The property and room were clean. Breakfast was adequate. We did hear the people staying on the second floor above us. Great spot. Thank you. Would stay here again.

The bathtub/shower tile had mold or mildew in the grout. The shower curtain rod loose to the wall; allowing shower water to dump on the floor.

The front desk associate was in pajamas and a tiny unprofessional revealing tank top. I was given a handicap accessible room which I didn’t need. Instead of offering to switch rooms to keep me from leaving the male associate just accepted me checking out after being there for only 2 1/2 hours.

The hotel is very dated. It needs a facelift and facilities to be up to date. With that being said, the staff went above and beyond to provide a great stay. Everything was clean and they always asked if all was good. Very satisfied with our stay.

Property and room was clean and neat. We felt safe. There are several dining options within walking distance from hotel. Overall good experience, will stay here again.

The hotel was ok. Breakfast was good. It is near all major shopping places and 10 minutes from downtown. Sheetz is right next door to the hotel. Great for electric cars. My only complaint would be that the carpet in the room was really dirty and there was a certain smell in the air.

It was great—nice quiet clean room. I was able to eat close by and watch a movie in my room, with good WiFi. Very good bathroom and shower. The morning buffet was open at 6 am.

Check in staff was not so friendly. I arrived early and requested early check in. Without even looking to see if a room was available, he stated that there were no rooms ready yet and to check with him around noon. When I checked at 12, he said he told me 1pm! When he finally stated checking me in, he asked how my travel was. I replied "long and exhausting". He didn't believe that, I guess because he's comparing my trip experience to my home address (I live about 30 min away, but didn't travel here from home. Not his business anyway). Other than that and black mold on the bathroom ceiling, it was fine. Not sure if I'd stay here again, though.
