The place is conveniently located next to the ski center. I give only three stars to the service mainly because the health restrictions caused the services to be lower than normal. Actually the hotel has fairly good services such as spa and bowling but the restaurant is substandard for dinner and complies the standards for breakfast. The hotel building itself is old and would benefit from renovation.

Huone oli tilava neljän hengen perheelle, tosin kesähelteillä armottoman kuuma kun ilmastointia ei ollut. Ruoka oli oikein hyvää. Kylpylä pieni, eikä voi edes verrata lähellä olevaan Peurunkaan. Toisaalta rauhallinen ja saunat hyvät. Lapset tykkäsivät hotellin aktiviteeteista, kuten polkuautoista. Aulahenkilökunta voisi olla palvelualttiimpia. Bonusta sähköauton latauspisteistä.

Kokonaisuudessaan mukava kokemus! Tilat ja puitteet olivat mainiot! Aamupala hyvä, mutta hieman näivettynyt. Jouluohjelma kiitettävä, huomioiden korona rajoitukset. Lämpötolpan käytöstä laskutettiin erikseen, sen olisi sietänyt kuulua huoneen hintaan. Kiva labyrinttimainen kylpylähotelli!

Hotellet var fint och bekvämt - spa-avdelningen var mycket bra och likaså maten i restaurangen. Dock hade vi ett rum för 4 personer och grannar visade sig ha djur på sina rum. Jag vaknade mitt i natten pga allergi som jag antar berodde pga tidigare djurgäster. Jag hade missat att specificera ett rum där inte djur vistats.

Laajavuori is beautiful place for winter trips. During our stay hotel had only one open restaurang, with very limited and unhealthy offerings. Hotel had not enough personnel to offer decent service. Pools and saunas were okay. Place could be okay families with little children.

The room was noisy and too warm. Every step and normal speech was heard to the room. And children running and shouting in the corridor even at midnight. Light was seen all around the door, insulation was poor. We slept very poorly. There are families with children everywhere. We just wanted a little bit quiet and peacefull time with each other as a couple. That didn't work. Food is avarage. Nothing special. Restaurant was big and there wasn't any privacy. It reminded me of a school cafeteria. Service was friendly and good. In a whole, the experience was disappointing.
