Das Hotelpersonal ist höflich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Lage des Hotels ermöglicht den Zugang zur gesamten Stadt und sorgt gleichzeitig für eine ruhige Umgebung.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Betten bequem, die Ausstattung angemessen.
Dies ist unser zweiter Aufenthalt hier und wahrscheinlich nicht der letzte.

Bad service. No one speaks and understand english. AC was not cooling the room. Asked for addtional water bottle they said no. No vegetarian breakfast options. I feel like I spent my $50 for one night for nothing

Dezember 2023 eröffnet. Alles neu alles sauber. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und war sehr sehr sauber. Vielleicht einzige Nachteil, kein Schließfach im Zimmer, aber ich habe eine Box bekommen und die wurde an der Rezeption aufbewahrt. Das Bett gut mit eine gute Matratze. Das Bad nagelneu schöne Fliesen. Es gibt einen kleinen Swimmingpool, wo man sich nachmittags eine Zeit lang abkühlen kann. Personal überfreundlich alles junge Leute. 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum, da, wo die Restaurants, Bars Supermarket sind. Alle in Allen, ich habe einen sehr guten Eindruck von diesem Hotel bekommen

Beautiful large room (seriously very nice although the TV was blocked by the bed frame). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location - easy to find - short walk to the river - lucky market is around the corner. Included breakfast was nothing special given options around town but it was fine. Overall a great stay and I recommend although price was a bit higher than I would have expected (although after some research, I got a better rate online than I was offered over the phone.)

Perfect quiet hotel for our needs. The room was much larger than expected and we were grateful to have a balcony. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has an attractive, traditional exterior with balconies at front and rear and is excellent value for money: we booked well in advance and got a very competitive price including breakfast. It has a great location, a short walk to the river, bars, restaurants and other amenities. The hotel check-in was quick and welcoming. Our room was amazing, absolutely huge, beautifully decorated with co ordinated soft furnishings. The bathroom was exceptional with a large shower area, modern fittings and frosted glass doors. The room had a large balcony but the view from the 2nd floor was disappointing. Requesting a high floor room (level 4 or 5) would help the view from the balcony. There is a large roof top terrace and an enclosed area that was once a sky bar pre-Covid. Unfortunately it has not been re-opened since Covid. It has a great panoramic view of the city. It would be nice if there were some sun loungers as it could be a great sun bathing area. The dining room is on the ground floor and has a good breakfast menu with plenty of choices. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would be happy to stay here again.

This was a lovely hotel with a huge bedroom and bathroom. Very well appointed and with a balcony. Plenty of complimentary tea/coffee and toiletries. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel also offers a very reasonable laundry service. To prevent wastage, you order breakfast the evening before and it arrives plated to your breakfast table. There was plenty of selection to order from. The hotel is just a short walk from the main part of town and also near a supermarket if you need to top up. Very enjoyable, thank you.

On arrival the staff were not over friendly but I would say he was tired from working long hours. The next day he was pleasant enough. The room was warm and everything unplugged saving power, which is understandable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities excellent. Be warned that whilst this hotel is in a great location, the breakfast is underwhelming. Great views from the 5th floor corner room and this place was fine for two nights. Great location.
