Alles war gut, vor allem das Chalet-Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, die schnelle Zeiterfahrung war fantastisch. Der beste Ort, um eine Nacht zu bleiben, nicht länger. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Tolle Fahrgeschäfte. Pool. Gut. Gute Aussicht. Gesamtbewertung 10.8.5

Es war eine großartige Erfahrung. Das Personal war höflich und gut erzogen. Besonderer Dank geht an Frau Sadia für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Es gab zahlreiche Aktivitäten für Erwachsene und Kinder. Es ist definitiv ein guter Aufenthaltsort für die Familie. Allerdings ist das Essen im Bistro-Restaurant verbesserungswürdig. Würde gerne wiederkommen.

Das Gesamterlebnis ist gut. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich und sehr teuer, und in der Traumwelt sind keine Lebensmittel von außerhalb oder selbst zubereitet erlaubt, die erlaubt sein sollten, oder der Preis für Lebensmittel sollte sehr vernünftig sein, sonst kostete Ihr Aufenthalt sehr viel

Es ist ein interessanter Ort mit ausgedehnten Grundstücken, Grünflächen und einer Menge Aktivitäten. Das Essen ist großartig und die Preise sind angemessen. Das Problem liegt jedoch nicht bei den Räumlichkeiten als solchen, sondern beim Personal. Da ich ein halber Glasmensch bin, werde ich über einige brillante Leute im Resort schreiben; Talha an der Rezeption ist eine wundervolle und freundliche Concierge. Fast alle Kellner, Helfer und Reinigungskräfte sind gut erzogen und der Aufgabe gewachsen. Wenn Sie etwas benötigen, wenden Sie sich an die Rezeption, nicht an die Zimmerreinigung, sie werden Sie ignorieren. Die Zimmerreinigung ist schrecklich, ich habe nach einer Bettdecke gefragt, die nie kam, Handtücher waren in der Wäsche und in den ersten 6 Stunden unseres Aufenthaltes gab es kein einziges trockenes. Aber das Unhöflichste an dem gesamten Aufenthalt war, dass ein Mann 15 Minuten vor unserem Check-out an unserer Tür auftauchte. Es fühlte sich an, als ob die Zeit vorbei wäre und Sie gehen müssten. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob sie das jedem antun oder ob sie für uns eine Ausnahme gemacht haben. In jeder Hotelbranche wäre das ein unverzeihlicher Fehler. Ich hoffe, sie klären das. Anscheinend wurde dieser besondere Herr, der an unsere Tür klopfte, auch vom Housekeeping geschickt. Das Housekeeping muss wirklich Ordnung ins Haus bringen. Wir checkten um 11.55 Uhr aus, fünf Minuten vor unserer geplanten Abreise.

It was a great experience. Our entire family had a fun time. We loved the exclusiveness as it wasn't over crowded. We actually had the entire pool to ourselves. We found Ms. Sadia who was our trip advisor to be very helpful and very professional. She was able to go beyond her duties and accommodated to our needs. I would highly recommend this place. My only recommendation would be to add a bit more attention towards general maintenance of rooms which would help get on par with the high level of resorts.

staff was very friendly and accommodating, they went out of there comfort zone to help us in anyway possible, would love to go again with family and friends, kids enjoyed alot in water activities, food was good, mix tea at Bistro was a hit in our family, breakfast buffet was very limited with options however every item was fresh and tasty.

Not really up to the mark of a one-star resort and the standards. We booked for 4 executive suites and the suites did not even have the basic amenities. Ie no towels, no tea coffee kettle, or amenities, the bed linen has blood stains as well as holes, no mini bar stocked up in the room, no hot water in suite # 51 & 52, the suite # 50 the bed base in broken due to that we are unable to use the bed while paying for the room upfront no room move was offered due the reason the resort is fully booked, alternatively a mattress was provided. The rooms were not clean properly even the leftovers from the old guest were found in the rooms ( sugar, empty bottles of water). A whole lot of Dead mosquitoes were next to the mini bar fridge. Suite 51 TV was not working, and sealing lights were fused and not being checked before the room was released by the housekeeping. The connecting door in between the suite 51-52 they were unable to open due tk the fact they don’t have the key for the connecting door. The excuse I got they were busy and that the rooms were not being checked and cleaned properly, they have 70% staff who were no show and the resort is running a full house. I asked for the towels at 4 pm and only 1 towel was delivered at 6:30 pm with an excuse that the towels were getting washed, we are a family of 18 pax adults and kids towels are a basic need that was not in the room as well as not available upon the requests. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms, while informed the team they handed over to me the mosquito spray which I had to spray in the room by myself. I have spoken with the front office team and informed them the whole situation is detailed. Paying for 4 suites is not a joke, we need a comfortable stay which I was not able to get due to all the inconveniences we are facing as of now. The food taste is ok, the water park is amazing the kids enjoyed it. Over-experience is ruined, small things make a huge difference. The attached pictures are for reference. Never again even I will be staying here for free not worthy to stay. I do understand it’s an Eid holiday they should have enough manpower to fulfill the requirement of the operation no engineering was available, and no one from senior management was available within the property to speak with the guest and resolve the issue

It was an incredible experience at DreamWorld! We booked 'Room 1' for our honeymoon, and they decorated it beautifully, wishing us a happy wedding. The spacious balcony offered a breathtaking view. We enjoyed every moment, from the delicious breakfast to the complimentary resort rides.
