Puju Inn

Das Zimmer war groß und im Allgemeinen sauber. Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station und neben vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Besitzer waren in Ordnung, nett und hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle diesen Ort.

Der Preis ist auch nicht ganz günstig. Ich habe es lange verglichen und dieses Hotel hatte eine gute Bewertung. Ich habe lange in der Gasse danach gesucht, aber die Tür war verschlossen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Chef wurde mir das vermittelt Übernachten Sie im Meisu Xiaozhu Inn nebenan. Der Preis Der Preis war offensichtlich niedriger als der Preis, den ich gebucht hatte, also dachte ich, dass es für ein paar Dollar in Ordnung wäre, also checkte ich in ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock ein. Das ganze Zimmer war Sehr feucht und das Bett roch sehr stark muffig. Später kontaktierte ich den Chef, um das Zimmer zu wechseln, und der Chef sagte sogar Folgendes: Die Zimmer sind alle so. Mit dem männlichen Chef kann man gut reden, mit der weiblichen Chefin hingegen Sieht die ganze Zeit ungeduldig aus. Wenn der Preis höher als 50 ist, empfehle ich es trotzdem nicht.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam. Hat uns bei all unseren Fragen und Wünschen geholfen. In der Nähe der Hauptstraße Beijing Lu, in der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, keine Klimaanlage, aber das wussten wir im Voraus. Hatte ein Vieh. Ruhige Gegend. Ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Restaurants waren in der Nähe.

Ich habe noch nie in einem so schlechten B&B übernachtet. Das Waschbecken war so klein, dass es keinen Platz für einen Zahnputzbecher gab, und es roch übel. Der Duschkopf war kaputt, sodass ich ihn von Hand waschen musste. Bei der Treppe handelt es sich um eine hölzerne Wendeltreppe, die schmal und laut ist. Die beiden Betten im Zimmer sind nicht parallel aufgestellt. Ein Bett zeigt zum Flur und das andere Bett zum Badezimmer. Das Fenster des Zimmers befindet sich in der Nähe des Flurs. Wenn jemand geht, geht das Licht an. Das ist laut und macht das Schlafen unmöglich. Die Bettwäsche auf dem Bett war zerknittert, wahrscheinlich war sie seit der Abreise des letzten Gastes nicht gewechselt worden. Als wir dort ankamen, regnete es bereits um Mitternacht stark, sonst wären wir nie geblieben.

N.I.G.H.T.M.A.R.E EVERYTHING IS WRONG about this hotel. 1. Locations The location in the map (baidu map or any local map) is a false advertisement to trick travelers into booking. The location they show is convenient but the real location is far into a small and questionable alley. It’s not too bad in terms of transport (extra walk of 500m) but it’s shady and is a warning sign already. 2. Wrong room We’ve booked 2 weeks in advance but they don’t keep any room for us. They had us check into an absolute nigh**are of another room in a nearby hotel to wait for a day before finally getting into their hotel. What kind of hotel work so unprofessionally? We’re foreigners first tine coming to Kunming late at night so we have no choice but to settle in as they arrange. This alternate room is beyond nigh**are, given that the real room is garbage already (considering the price range) On the second day, after much pushing we finally were rearranged into our booked room. It’s not that better than the first room, as detailed followed. 3. Staff attitude I speak Chinese so I don’t complain but foreigners need to prepare because staff can’t speak English. What drags me down is the attitude of staff, cold as ice and not helpful at all, even when asked. 4. Cleanliness The nigh**are starts from here. The first room stinks like hell. The room is permeated with cigarette smoke and many others that i can’t tell a part. The worst part is the bed is so embalmed in cigarette that we can’t really sleep. The actual room is just slightly better, with less scent of cigarette at least. Nevertheless the room doesn’t welcome you with a pleasant smell. 5. Amenities Wifi None of the many wifi actually works. The speed is slower than a snail could travel. We repeatedly asked staff to check wifi but it’s never been a bother to them and it never improved. We can’t use the internet at all, even with native app like meituan, wechat,…. What a nigh**are. Bathroom First bathroom is so terrible that i don’t dare to take the shower in it. The second room is not better, the bathroom door and the toilet are all broken, barely useable. The water pressure is not enough so the water runs slowly. Luckily, hot water still works. Bed The bed is embalmed with cigarette smoke and needs more pillows. Wardrobe There is not any wardrobe in either room. There is indeed no facilities to keep your clothes and luggage, we have to put everything in the floor, although the room is so tiny already and there is barely any space to walk. Water They didn’t provide any water to drink. All hotels we stayed in in china offered water to drink except this one. Not a big problem but I suppose it’s a standard and they are stealing it. Lighting Every room has only one small weak and constantly annoyingly flashing light. There is not enough light in the room and the only light source is flashing annoyingly. Be prepared. Noise The worst part about this hotel is the noise that keeps you from even sleeping. First the window barely fit, so it can’t block noise from the road and people outside talking. I can hear people talking as if they were right beside me. Secondly, guests at the house are very noisy even late at night, loud talking and shouting incessantly, closing door like they wanna break them… the only bare-able time is from 2am-5am Other points. This part is not a complain given the price, but guests should know. The hotel is old and so is the facility, better try a newer one The room is tiny, so is the bed. It’s smaller than standard size. There is no heating or conditioning, the door doesn’t fit so it’s very cold at night .

Said we get a free upgrade. The room was in the basement, dirty and smelly. When it came to the checkout we saw how the other rooms looked like (way better). They obviously put us in one of the last available rooms👎

Fine stay for 2 nights when arriving in Kunming. Location is nice, although hard to find the exact location. Be well prepared and have the hotel phone number ready. Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby and walking distance to the park. Smoking is allowed in the rooms which is the downside, otherwise everything fine.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and enough spacious room with electric kettle, tv, wifi and some furniture. Hot water. Well equipped. The location is close to the green park. 15mn by walk. Not easy to find between a nice small park and Guilu lu. Bus 22 stops close to the green park and the big market of the city on Daguan lu

Good hotel, very comfortable. People working there is very nice and helps you with any problem. They even speak english. Good place to be
