After a small mix up with our booking the staff handled it very well and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very enjoyable one overnight visit; good accommodations for our group. We arrived late but they agreed to re-open the kitchen to serve us some french fries; the kids were starving. The game drive was very successful; we viewed antelope, giraffes, and ostrich (with young).

This property is certainly an inclusive one with many a convenience given it's location, serenity, ceanliness, well planned and well maintained too. All the staffs be in frontline or back office are amazing, helpful & honest. We loved this attitude. Amazing breakfast spread , good chef too ! Where the property requires to look into urgently, is, booking issues , delay in getting rooms, no telephone in rooms for room services and - A WIDER SPREAD OF FOOD IN THE A LA CARTE IS MUCH REQD. Menu at the restaurant is too restricted in 5 items that's not fair !!

Most things were great except for the meals. The food was their biggest downfall. if they could improve on that it would be great.

I would definitely go back. Beautiful Lodge with activities and a clean swimming pool.

The rooms were nice, clean and big. Staff was all smiles, and more then happy to assist with any requests. The a**osphere was great, very peaceful and there were peacocks roaming around. The spa trea**ents were good and the pool was quite big so fun for the kids. Definitely recommend going for the segway or bike tour.

We chose to stay here for one night travelling through Botswana from Zimbabwe to South Africa. On arrival at the gate we were 'greeted' by a very rude man and if we'd had a choice after a 7 hour drive we would have found an alternative. However we persevered and on finally gaining entry found the rest of the staff to be very friendly. The accommodation is very clean but more like a motel than a game lodge, with every room facing into the centre rather than out to the surroundings. We wanted to do a game drive but they weren't doing one that afternoon and we had to leave before the one in the morning. We then decided to have a drink on the viewing deck but that was closed as someone had booked it for a private meal. We then wanted a meal but most of the options weren't available. I had a salad, which was nice and fresh, my husband had the ribs but wasn't impressed. The morning breakfast was a buffet which was OK but not very warm. We left early and didn't stop to talk to the rude man on the gate. We won't go back🙁
