The property and staff were some of the nicest in Lufkin. I will definitely be staying here every time I come back.

The check in was pleasant. the staff that night was very helpful (black young lady) Super duper sweet! . Our television didn't work. But we were able to get assistance right away. The following day. same issue. The direct tv recvr just randomly power itself off and did not respond to the remote. called out for assistance. He stated he would come help but 45 minutes went by and nothing. I had to figure out how to unplug the Recvr. There was dogs. Big dogs in the next room that made my mother a little uncomfortable. But they settled down come nightfall. Breakfast was really nice. And the staff in the kitchen was very helpful

The sanitizer/deodorizer spray was way too much. The scent caused me to have an allergic reaction that I'm still recovering from. It was just too strong for me.

Room was clean, beds comfortable and staff was friendly. Location far enough away from traffic and other noise yet easy to get to.
What I would expect from a hotel at this price.

The hotel was clean, and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice and time was early enough for me to grab before heading out to work. Overall, a great stay and if I am in the area again, I will stay here again,

This has been the most cleanest Sleep Inn Hotel I ever been. Very nice employees too. They are the Best of the Best in Lufkin TX

check in was good. Then tv didn't work and no toilet paper. Front desk was quick to resolve. Pillows were thin and so were the bath towels. And there was only two bath towels. Breakfast was just ok. Omlet and ham not great. Room was clean and relatively new.
