We has stayed there a year ago. There was NO housekeeping on one of our days. We had very good breakfasts. The attendant in the breakfast area was great. Their swimming pool water was NOT heated. We were NOT informed we had to ASK for housekeeping on the one day. Could have been much better.

This hotel was very outdated except the room the rest of the building was awful the pool not suitable for use drug use in other rooms could smell it coming from the rooms it was not safe

I’ve stayed at other LaQuintas, this was the saddest. The facilities were a bit shabby, and the breakfast was not good. The pool was cold, and so was the pool room. The maintenance record said it was checked at 10 am. We were there at 9:30 am. Why have a pool if it’s too cold to swim in? Will give 5 stars for cleanliness, the housekeeping staff are doing a great job.

The door key would not work. Had to replace it twice after the second time I gave up. We did have an extra room key that did work but it was inconvenient only having one

Staff was wonderful and professional. The cleaning crew came early and did not fully clean the room 1 of the four day stay. The rest for the 4/5 stars was that although on the third floor the conversations from the first floor continued and was heard every night.

Property is located right near a bunch of shopping stores and many restaurants. Not to far from DC, about a 40 minute drive. Hotel isn’t too modern but its not that bad. Pool is fun, kids enjoyed it and breakfast was good. Staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Every employee that I encountered was friendly and helpful. My room was clean enough, however the outdated appearance gives an unclean feeling. The location is convenient. Breakfast was disappointing and the coffee didn’t taste good, so I drank tea instead. However, I really appreciate that breakfast was included. I like that!
