The room overall was nice. The tub had rust spots and for some reason the curved shower curtain rod was installed upside down so the shower curtain always bunched in the center. Overall would I stay there again. Yes I would

I was here to stay the night so I wouldn’t have to drive so early to take a nursing test in the morning. The staff was wonderful but I was out at the end room next to all of the freeway traffic and there’s a train that comes hourly. I did not sleep and now I have to go sit for my test in rested.

Property shows its age. Although linen has been updated bathroom appeared old. Toilet tank was chipped (big chunk missing from the lid of the tank) and interior toilet door had 2 large kicked-in sections which had not been patched. Corridor walls are thin so be careful about ease dropping of your conversations.

About expected room for the price, but there were dusty areas in the room and the toilet handle was broken mostly off. The peep hole was removed and a piece of toilet tissue was stuck in its place to fill in the hole. The microwave was very vintage and had lots of wear. You could not open the drapes. The elevator floor and outside the elevator had a dirty, sticky spill that had dried on and was like that for hours. The beds were very uncomfortable. I wish that a whole or partial box of regular sized tissue was supplied instead of a purse pack for the entire room.

Hair dryer did not work in room. No extra portable dryers on premise! Front desk notified manager and manager approved using a dryer in a vacant room! I really appreciated that!

Room was quiet and comfortable, water bottle should have been provided or water filter tap so we can fill our bottles. Soap were micro size towels were not replaced next day as you need to take dirty ones to front desk to get new ones. Room rates were high and a few amenities goes a long way for repeat customers
