Es gibt viele Restaurants und die Lage ist großartig, nur 3 Gehminuten vom Funa-Platz entfernt. Auch die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Wir empfehlen das Gebäude auf der Junior-Suite-Seite.

Top-Hotel mit tollem Service von absolut jedem, der dort arbeitet! Die Lage ist unschlagbar und das Anwesen ist spitze. Das Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig, obwohl es zur Straße hinausgeht. Tolle Bar-Restaurants!

Hervorragendes Hotel, das seine 5 Sterne verdient. 100 m von der Koutoubia und dem Platz Jemma el Fna entfernt.
Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, das Frühstück ist ein kleines Buffet, aber sehr effizient und von guter Qualität.

the hotel was amazing, I could not fault it, however Trip.com are complete and utter dishonest thieves that do everything to miss sell. We were charged for a room for 3 people, when we arrived at the hotel it was only booked for two people (despite the fact that they confirmed and charged me for 3 people).
Trip.com tried blamed me for booking the wrong room, I showed them the confirmation according to their own website and the confirmation sent to me stating 3 people. Then they said it was the hotels fault, again the hotel showed me the confirmation that they sent to the hotel, it Wass for two people.
The hotel fixed the problem the following day at no extra charge, while Trip.com proceed to deny doing anything wrong.
Long story short, they refused to refund me for the mistake, insisting it was my fault and the hotels fault. They are disgusting and are a bunch on criminals operating out of china and know they can't be touched. Scum

Très bel hôtel. Piscines très agréables et spacieuses. La piscine sur le toit est très sympathique, on a l’impression d’être en pleine médina et en même temps c’est très reposant. La piscine du bas est très grande mais il y a pas mal de bruit en général.
Nous avons eu la du à ce d’être surclassé à notre arrivée, ce qui était vraiment très plaisant.
Le service est très bien, toutefois le petit déjeuner est de qualité mais le choix est assez restreint et c’est ce qui nous a le plus déçu.
En bref une très bonne expérience :)
