Wonderfully marvelous! Food was top rate. The staff super friendly. Love that it was not a large resort. The staff and other guests knew our names by the end. No long lines. And plenty of room and chairs around pool and at the beach for everyone. The grounds were excellently maintained. The rooms and facilities very clean. A great shower with excellent water pressure. Very relaxing to go sit on the porch in the daybed reading. Which is in the shade of many palm trees, and beautiful flowered bushes. Didn’t have a single bad night sleep while they’re. Very comfortable. Seriously folks. This is paradise.

Sunset at the Palms was one of the best adults only all inclusives we have stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly, the grounds and rooms were immaculate and the food was delicious.
The only con was that you get a lot of road noise because it is by the busy highway. So; give an extra large tip to the crossing guards who help get you to and from the beach everyday! they risk their lives for you; you will see if you stay there.

The trees and gardens are very beautiful. We enjoy the lovely birds (hummingbirds, finches, woodpecker etc.) that come and visit daily on the balcony. We love Paul Tucker the piano man. The quality of the liquors could be better. The beach is the best on bloody bay and is next to The Office of Nature with Donavan Dalrymple as the singer (he should be hired to sing at least once a week at the resort!)

It was beautiful, very jungle like a**osphere, but at the same time traffic wasn't that far off. So you had a lot of street traffic noise with the jungle. The staff at both the resort and the private beach were extremely nice. Always put a smile on my face as I woke up in the morning.

The hotel and staff were wonderful! The relaxed a**osphere and easy going staff made it a very relaxing vacation! For those who want to get up early and enjoy the day in the beautiful beach this is the place for you! Late night people not some much. We loved the kind staff, good food and fun people all around! Great place to stay in Negril if you don’t want the big box resorts. The treehouse apar**ents are worth the short walk to the beach for sure. We will be back!

The property is so beautiful! As well as cottages are a unique experience. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, helpful and polite. We loved the coffee bar, especially their hot chocolate. Things we wish we could know are mosquitos! It’s a huge problem, they are biting like crazy. Overpriced mosquito spray in the gift shop, I would love to bring my own. Also no hood in the bathroom is not convenient, as well as not properly working shower.

This is the first All-inclusive resort I want to go back to. Adults Only boutique resort with only 85 rooms or 170 guests max. Beautiful tropical grounds with elevated duplex rooms with private balconies that do not share a common wall with their neighbor. Delicious cuisine in 3 restaurants and top-shelf alcohol in the bars. Private beach with luncheon grill & bar across the street has ample supply of chairs, staff, sun and shade . Beach Craft are included to all guests. Sunset at the Palms never feels crowded and the friendly staff makes you feel welcome and important. This resort is perfect for guests who relish time relaxing amidst lush tropical greenery and crystal clear blue Caribbean waters. I'd like to go back immediately !
